A great stay with a special view of Paris!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

The apartment is very satisfied with the check-in, very close to the subway station.The kitchen is well-stocked, and we sometimes choose to make our own simple meals.Hot coffee is guaranteed to drink hot coffee every day

For a romantic stay, very welcoming host, available. The very clean place, which matches the photos well. The decoration in Valentine's Day red was beautiful. A perfect stay!

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Alina was the nicest airbnb host we have dealt with. She was very responsive on communication both before and during our stay. She allowed a flexible check in and out which suited our flight times. Alina also gave us several recommendations for local restaurants and places to go. She was at the apartment within half an hour when we had a technical problem which needed fixing. The apartment itself is very spacious. It is on the 6th floor but there was a (small) lift. We took the stairs on the way down and the lift on the way up! The decor was very modern and tasteful. Alina had left us some toiletries and even some bits of food and drinks. The shower was powerful which is important to me! The location was great for us whilst visiting for the Olympics. A train ride to Paris and other Olympic venues. We would definitely stay at this apartment again when we return to Paris. Thank you Alina, you are wonderful!

Nice house in a very quiet and family-friendly residential complex less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and promenade. We could barely enjoy it as it was a passing house to be able to visit Normandy, but the house matches the description and photos, very complete kitchen, cozy terrace and an excellent location. The owners are lovely, very helpful at all times. Ease of entry and exit, which although we could not enjoy it is much appreciated.

Small but functional and in a great location. Aurélie welcomed us in person, which is very nice. At your disposal a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, visits to do, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is clear and we even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A perfect place to stay in the heart of Mers -les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay in Allenay, from where it is easy to move to the nearby cliff and beach sites (Ault/Mers/Le Tréport/Cayeux), or to St Valéry or even Le Crotoy. It is possible to go by bike from the dwelling to explore the surroundings. The place is very quiet, the accommodation is very well appointed, well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 4 and this was largely appropriate.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Excellent stay with four nights in this very well located accommodation near the city center with all the shops , the cathedral, very easy to find, secure parking nearby, accommodation where we felt very good right away.

Very well located apartment, beach a few minutes walk away, skate park quickly accessible. The apartment is functional and tidy and clean. The decoration is tastefully done and full of useful information is present. We stayed there 2 nights but can largely be suitable for longer durations for a couple ( with 1 child). We highly recommend this place to come and discover the coast:)
