Had a lovely stay! So close to the AO arena and walkable to many places. Felt peaceful and homely as well as a responsive host who was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to people and would stay again.

We only stayed for one night but Neils flat was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Everything you need for a stay and lots of cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Neil communicated at all times and was very helpful throughout. A very big thank you!

Really great place to stay and loved how bright it is! Was easy to get to from the train station and hosts were very responsive!

Had a problem with the hot water in the room but she communicated very clearly with us about it and gave us a fair discount because if this can’t rate her higher enough great host!

Took a bit of a photo-match to establish which building it was. Once I found it - parking was allocated which was great. Entry was with a code given in advance and the key card in a lock box in the hallway. There is a lift which made it easy to take the luggage etc to the flat. The apartment is stylish, clean and well decorated. All the basics are provided. Bedding etc is good quality. The location is perfect for access to the clifftop and footpath along to the beachfront - it's literally at the end of the road through a short alleyway. A gorgeous spot to sit and enjoy the view, and an easy walk to town & the beach and chines which are all beautiful. I enjoyed the quieter spots away from the town more. The team were really lovely, although expansion of their business means their responses were slow. An issue with the hob arose, it wouldn't work - but a call from Jack sorted it out - hidden power switch in a cupboard!. I'd stay here again.

Excellent Place near at walking distance for city Center. Host was great and flat meeting all requirements that one can have a for a stay in Aylesbury.

Took my kids down for a couple of days to do some activities. We booked this thinking it would be good to have rhe pool to use. Unfortunately we didn't realise you had to book and it was fully booked during our time there. The apartment was very clean, however the over tray hadn't been cleaned in a while. Think maybe just missed. And my only other wee complaint would be that the bed that I slept in was definitely broken and very uncomfortable. It was as if part of the mattress was sunken into a hole which I kept waking up in. Overall a positive and enjoyable stay just a couple of small details that could make it perfect.

Very nice apartment. Very clean . Wouldn't want for anything you have at home. Nice view. Secure private parking. Good host available when required. Very good value for money.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Really comfortable stay in a modern and inviting condo! Highly recommend if you're ok with being outside london with easy train access.

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!

Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

Great stay at Nicola’s place everything on your doorstep just wish people would listen to the receptionist about the smoke detectors went off at 2-15am thankfully not for long. 100% recommend

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

We had the most perfect stay at Liam’s house. It is just fabulous and both the main house and barn were just perfect for our family gathering. We were celebrating my parents 50 years of marriage and it couldn’t have been in a nicer surrounding. Big kids loved the games room, we are loved the different areas to chill in and have a drink and a game. Everything was amazing…some even used the gym! Thanks again. I’m sure we’ll be back. X x
