I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

The house, to which the unit is attached around the back, is beautiful. To access it you go around the back from the driveway & across the patio. Although it's pet friendly, it doesn't smell like it in the least. The design is almost minimalist in nature yet very welcoming, calm & cozy. This was ideal for our brief stay. We're thankful it was conveniently located and fit our needs. The host was very responsive, which is always a plus.

Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. Not a dealbreaker but worth being mindful of…

Please stay here and support Nicole.. what a wonderful host Comfortable, clean and safe home Snow storm hit overnight and we woke up to the sidewalk and steps already shoveled and salted … she even offered to dig out our car if the snow was piled up high enough Nicole was very proactive with great communication but we did not feel bothered Plenty of street parking right by the house We really enjoyed watching the ducks and other water fowl in the stream behind the house A little bit of nature to relax after a day in the city Thanks Nicole, we will be back to stay in your home again

Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

We stayed one week at Cecia‘s place and enjoyed our time there. It was easy to find, quiet and just as described. Cecia was very responsive, helpful and checked in with us during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The bus ride to Manhattan is easy. We were really grateful for the option of a late check out since we had a late night international flight.

Very clean. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Great location to get on and off the parkway. No laundry, but a great laundry mat a very short walk away. Look forward to returning.

Chingi was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. He had some rules that it seems like others struggled with but for our stay the rules were clear and fair

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

the views from this castle is spectacular! The space is so airy and bright😇 with good ferries right to Manhattan. The host was very responsive, accommodating and even left us stay a few extra hours! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back😁

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything.
