Absolutely awesome! A charming very well kept guest house and conveniently located walking distance from the town of Matthews and a short drive from Charlotte. I loved reading the guestbook which I also added my entry detailing all the things we did. The Dwellington is also right by the Mecklenburg County Sport Complex where we had my son’s soccer tournament. Awesome place that we look forward to staying at again. Thank you so much Haley & Andrew!

Our first time in NC and Patricia and Chris's place was perfect for our family get together. House size was great, and the back yard is huge. My daughter loved bouncing on the trampoline daily. Quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants just 5 minutes' drive away. Highly recommended!

Denise's place gives you a WELCOME HOME "hug" the minute you walk through the door. The apt was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with art, books, beautiful bedding, thick towels and all the comforts you'd hope for. We were one of Denise's first, post renovation guests which was a huge bonus for us. New flooring, lighting and a Ritz Carlton level, spa-like bathroom remodel featuring a HUGE walk-in shower, wall to wall tile and an awesome, high tech mirror. This apartment is the perfect balance of luxury and comfort and Denise could not have been a more attentive host. Our only regret was not staying longer- but we will be back!

Chad's home was exactly as pictured and extremely clean and relaxing! Chad was a thoughtful host and quick to respond to my questions. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating in, there are plenty of extra clean towels and pillows and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, very walkable and only a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Charlotte. We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next visit! Thank you Chad!

The location was perfect! Neighborhood was nice and calm. The house is very spacious, clean and all around beautiful! Our stayed was short but the house was exactly what we needed. We will definitely book again our next Charlotte trip!

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is situated close to the street, but with the surrounding trees / fence and the way the house sits up at the high point of the property, you hardly notice. It felt quite private. One evening at dusk, we even saw some deer while walking in the neighborhood. There are three large TVs in downstairs sitting rooms - so that was great for our crowd (some watching football, some watching movies + playing ping pong). It was too cold for the pool, but it looked nice, and we did enjoy the hot tub. The host was responsive the few times we reached out. Checking in / out was easy. The house was clean and everything was in working order. My only small negative comment is that the house is starting to look a little worn / "rented". Still a very functional rental, but will eventually need some TLC (new coat of paint, new carpet on the stairs, that type of thing). Overall - proved a good rental for our larger family group.

We had an amazing time at Roman’s place! The Airbnb was wonderful—well-lit, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. It was the perfect size for our family and dog, and the neighborhood was great. We felt safe and very comfortable throughout our stay. Roman was an incredibly responsive and proactive host, with an impressively fast response time. We had no issues during our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. Our family stayed here during Christmas week, and it was the perfect place to spend time indoors. We cooked plenty of meals, shared them together, and enjoyed playing games as a family. I highly recommend this Airbnb! If we’re ever back in Charlotte, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

My stay at Trenell’s place was nothing but perfect. My boyfriend and I need to a place to stay for Valentine’s weekend and this is the perfect spot. It is walking distance from restaurant, grocery, and etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

Had to find a place to stay in Monroe, NC for a few days and this house worked perfectly for us. It was cheaper then getting 3 separate hotel rooms. The house was very clean and smelled nice too. It slept 6 of us comfortably. She left us drinks and snacks in kitchen which was very thoughtful. Check-in and Check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication was great and she is very accommodating

Kristen, Ning, and the family are amazing people. My stay with them for over 2 months was comfortable and relaxing. They gave me advice on things to do in Charlotte, drove me around a couple of times for groceries, and have been tremendously helpful in my stay there. I would definitely come back to stay with them next time!
