Vacation rentals with a firepit in uMhlanga

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

Everything was great with one exception. Having access to the beach club is very important. It makes no sense for residents for the time that they are resident in the estate not to have access. This is not the owners, Kirsten responsibility, but needs to be addressed. Would be pretty easy to introduce finger prints for the guests. We solved our issue by getting access to another estates beach house through my brother who was staying there. It is so important to us, that unless this gets resolved , we will look in this estate.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront property! The home is comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private swimming pool is a real treat when you don't feel like dealing with sand, and the fire pit with a sea view is ideal for entertaining in the evenings. There's also a shaded stoep to escape the wind, giving you great options for enjoying the outdoors while staying comfortable. Just be aware that the walk down to the beach is steep, but the stunning views make it worth it. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

A wonderful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Balito. But still a 10- 15 minute drive to all the action. The house is absolutely stunning giving the feel of indoor outdoor living. Very comfortable and spacious with gorgeous finishes. Beaches/shops and restaurants all in close proximity. I would recommend renting a car if you are choosing this Airbnb for ease of exploring. We will definitely be back.

Spent a wonderfully relaxing time at Jan's. Jan is very welcoming and friendly and wants you to get the most out of your stay. Jan's place is the best of both worlds, close to the beach and Simbithi trails. The bed is so comfy, we slept so well.

We loved our stay! We immediately felt at home 🏠 and comfortable. Loved the 2 resident cats they are so sweet ♥️ This house is beautiful and very spacious with everything you need 😍 We will definitely return soon.

A Perfect Stay! My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the Housekeeper, Happiness and she made us feel right at home. This was truly a memorable experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the little touches made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. The apartment itself is giving luxury Enjoyed our stay besides electricity outage at some point but everything was great , the location is perfect with lots to do ,loved the swimming pool as well Will definitely recommend and worth another visit , Vusi made it easy for us to enjoy our stay responsive all times & attentive to detail. Our parents loved the apartment as well🫶🏽

Awesome place, perfect location, easy access from parking to the unit, breathtaking view, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked, braai and firepit, easy access to the beach, great security and access control - safe and secure. Will most definitely be back.

Felt right at home! Aircon in the room, strong ceiling fans in the lounge. Private balcony overlooking the pool and beach. a smart tv in the room and lounge. Will stay again!

We had a lovely stay over the festive season. Great location and all necessary amenities. The jacuzzi and outside area were a massive plus and lovely to be able to walk into the village and to the beach.

The location is great. Secluded, yet well-positioned and connected to the city. Both Joslyn and Shaun are great hosts and together with their pets make this concrete oasis truly feel like home. Amenities and availability of kitchen equipment covered every necessity I had for my 2-month stay. I would definitely return to this gem in the middle of the big city.

Fantastic location within walking distance of many attractions. The beach access and rock pools were amazing so we felt we got excellent value for money. A really perfect spot for families! A tip for other guests: remember to pack beach towels as these aren’t provided (I didn’t think to enquire beforehand which was silly of me). Marcel was a great host and very helpful.

Great stay at Luke's apartment - really easy access across the road to the public beach for tidal pools and swimming. We didn't use the swimming pool but that seemed in good condition too. Large main bedroom with ample storage (and a fan we were very grateful for!), the second bedroom was also suitable for our needs (two adults) and had cupboard storage too. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, we did not find any basics like oil and salt/pepper which meant getting our own - though this wasn't a problem. We made use of the aircon in the living room, really great extra to have on humid days. We loved the outdoor area too, semi-private with people walking past every now and again for the pool or beach access. Overall would definitely stay again - thanks for the hospitality :)
