House vacation rentals in Umatilla

Wow. This place was amazing! The pictures don’t show how big it is very well. All the bunk beds are full size beds that could easily fit two people each. And couch was massive. The pool, jacuzzi, and view were the most spectacular I’ve had at an Airbnb. Hot tubbing under a clear dark sky, kids loving the salt water pool (and not stinking like chlorine after), sipping my coffee in the hot tub in the morning while gazing at the hills and river. It’s so beautiful. Didn’t make it down to the river but I hear it’s great for swimming and water sports in the summer. I’m already thinking about when I can book this house again.

Jill’s home was perfect for a family Walla Walla long weekend! The house has four very spacious bedrooms and each bathroom is very nice and clean. The home is so large with large expansive outdoor spaces that are so beautiful. We had a lovely stay here. Jill was very responsive, very kind. We would definitely stay here again and next time come with warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful pool. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Our family had a wedding event to attend at YellowHawk. Which could not have been more convenient to attend & travel back & forth from. We also were traveling with our kids & their toddlers whom took the upper floor. Which worked out great for naps & such. While the downstairs was a get away for the adults. The pool was inviting & the floating beer pong was really an enjoyable game. The hosts were also accommodating on timing for us, which we so appreciated! We stayed here for our annual fishing trip. The hosts were amazing and left us a thank you card with a lovely bottle of wine. We were having such a great time, we added another day to our trip! We would highly recommend staying here.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. This little house was perfect for my stay! It is just as described, very comfortable, and very convenient for my needs (visiting my son who is a student at Whitman). The door code didn't work at first, but Luke's mom (who lives next door) happened to be outside when I arrived, let me in, messaged Luke, and immediately solved the issue. The landscaping was beautiful, bed comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and my stay serene. I look forward to staying there again.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. We had such a wonderful stay at Alison’s cottage! The space was perfect and was so nicely decorated with many adorable and thoughtful touches. Not to mention snacks and a welcome gift! The backyard was lovely and the location was so picturesque. We loved being so close to so many wineries! And town was a very quick drive as well. Thank you for such a sweet and comfortable stay!

Absolutely beautiful home in and even more beautiful location! Clean and comfortable and just completely peaceful. We could not have been happier and highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family, and it worked great for us! The house has been well-loved but is functional and fully stocked with kitchen essentials. The carport fit two cars easily, and getting in was straightforward. Loved the large fenced backyard and being dog friendly. We did receive a long list of house rules the day before check-in, (after booking and well past the cancellation period), with additional rules posted in the kitchen that weren’t mentioned in the original listing. Not a huge deal at all, but worth noting. The only real "complaint" was that the house temperature wasn’t consistent—it was extremely cold in the living room and very hot in the bedrooms. This was frustrating because one house rule prohibited adjusting the thermostat, and the bedroom fans had to remain on 24/7, which I personally don’t like on when sleeping. Regardless, I’d definitely stay here again and will likely book it next Thanksgiving if it’s available!

My family recently stayed at Katia's home and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the hospital it was nice to come "home" to somewhere inviting and relaxing. there was plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably. I whole heartedly recommend this home if you are looking for a place for your large family to kick back and relax.
