Delighted with our stay. From the instructions we received from Anne prior to our arrival, to the responsiveness shown when we had any queries and the house itself which had everything we needed to allow us enjoy our stay in Donegal, we couldn't have asked for more from Anne. The house itself is a great base for exploring Donegal over a weekend. We managed to visit Killybegs, Donegal, Sliabh Liag, Glencolmcille Folk Village and Fintra beach. Stunning scenery and we look forward to our return!

What a fabulous place to stay, beautiful house with plenty of room for all the family. We travelled over from England for 5 days celebrating a pre Christmas, Christmas with my family. The house is spacious and well equipped, it had everything we needed, the stunning views and close proximity to the beach really elevated our stay to a most memorable occasion. We will definitely be back 5 🌟

Loved the house, the pictures don’t do it justice and a couple of minutes walk from the beach made it perfect for the dog as well. Bit of a blip at the start of the stay but not something that is likely to ever come up again and Dianne couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. Great house with a great host.

The place is fabulous and spotless. The surrounding is peaceful and relaxing yet with stunning views. It has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. Clodagh is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was just perfect in every way. We could not rate our experience highly enough. Great hosts, really friendly and attentive and one of the best places we've stayed. The room was finished to an extremely high standard. The stone barn communal building/area really is something special, again similarly high standard of finish in keeping with the rooms. The kitchen is very well equiped and completely new and modern. This communal area is perfect for a group who can spend their social time together and then retreat to their rooms for privacy. The garden and firepit are also beautiful and well designed. We loved that we could go and see the goats and chickens. The hot tub was another highlight. It was wonderful to take a dip at night and watch the stars! Thoroughly recommend anyone to come here and have a really relaxing time in beautiful surroundings, as a group, solo or a couple; the whole guest area is very private from the hosts. Thankyou Heather! We will definately be back!

Rossnaree House is not a modern fru fru boutique hotel, but rather a delightful glimpse into the Ireland of long ago, a disappearing Ireland. All of the furnishings and decorations have family meaning, going back generations. Juxtaposed with that are the bathrooms, which have been tastefully modernized…the result is a lovely mixture of the old and the new. This house simply reeks of history and authenticity. The views from the rooms and the gardens are stunning…this area is the heartbeat of Mystical Ireland and if you allow you can and will be transported to another time, another realm. There are walkways down to the River Boyne and the ancient burial mound of Newgrange is close by. Simply stated this is as real and as authentic as it gets. Come with an open mind…but do come, fantastic…oh, and there are peacocks!

We had a brilliant time at the house. It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well kitted out. The disco room and the hot tub were glorious 🤌 Michael was easy to deal with and very sound. Would recommend!!!

AMAZING! Lovely place so quiet and comfortable. If you are fussy about the cleanliness of your accommodation this place is for you. I have never stayed somewhere so clean. Smells amazing when you walk into the building and the room, bed and bathroom are spotless. Aircon is a brilliant addition, lovely big bed and tv with a good sized bedroom with lots of mirrors. Rooms are very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise very nice if you want peace and quiet. Hosts are both very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very easy to come and go as you please. Check in was simple and quick. Will 100% be back again and would recommend to anyone.

We loved this house so much! We had the best weekend and enjoyed every second! The pictures are great but the house is much greater in real life, we didn’t expect it to be this lovely! So much love in the details! The kitchen has everything to cook for 11 people. We would definitely recommend this house and we will come back! Thank you so much!
