Vacation rentals with beach access in Ulster County

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was my third stay with Chris and as always everything was great. Absolutely no problems and hopefully will be back next year for a fourth stay.

Great location - opposite Belleayre Mountain - for our ski trip. Spacious place with open layout perfect for our family of 5. Located down quiet and private road so you need good all weather car for the hills if it snows. Charles is upstairs and was super responsive with anything we needed.

Located right in town, easy street parking in front, grocery store around the corner, and nearish 2 different ski slopes. 3 minute walk to Oda Wine Bar (FANTASTIC food, Balkan/Georgian cuisine) and there's a spot for coffee near as well in the morning. Wish more hosts set code to your phone # as very convenient to not have to check details to get in. Place is a converted store, quaint in feel. Even though on main street, its not very loud (except for the snow plows of course, but that's winter for ya). The heater is a tad annoying as makes a buzzing sound while in active heating mode, but if you turn the heat down at night it comes on a lot less. Pics are accurate and while shower is a tiny bit on the smaller side, it is tall at least. Stefan checks in on you with messages for arrival and exit, would definitely stay again if in the area. PS: If you're skiing at Plattekill, highly suggest downloading offline maps as internet service in that area is pretty poor.

Dustin's place is spacious and very close to Belleayre. He is a communicative host. We had a great time! Thank you Dustin!

Great weekend in the Catskills - Ian’s place is clean, well kept and had all amenities needed for a snowy hiking and relaxing weekend. The indoor fireplace was amazing. There is someone else living on the property, out of sight and earshot. Very private, cozy property - the stream in the back was beautiful! Recommend highly!

Celeste and Jim are now very good friends of mine! We had such a good time staying at their beautiful home in December! I would highly recommend this spot for adventurers!

The home is older and comes with a lot of charm and quirks. It is comfortable and walkable to downtown Saugerties. Alex includes a lot of nice touches to make you feel welcome

What a fantastic location. All the linens and bedsheets smelled like fresh laundry and the space is great for a little family or friendly getaway. The pictures don’t lie; everything shown is accurate. The town of Saugerties is a 5 minute drive away.

This was our second time at this home, which we love for its location (walkable to everything and a quick drive to Belleayre mountain). The house is well equipped- from thick towels, loads of blankets and throws, to the kitchen. Our host put thought into making this a comfortable place. Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining room and a small living room with electric fireplace. There’s also a little secret room with a desk and bolsters that is perfect for work or yoga. We love that our dog is welcome here, too!

The place is peaceful and a good and solid base to explore Legoland and the beautiful trails and foliage in the area. Richard and Maryann were great, and we are very grateful that Richard helped prepare a fire for us. Just remember to buy some firewood at the local gas station. Easy walk down to the beautiful lake where they keep a small rowboat for use. It rained unfortunately when we were set to go boating so we missed out. Saved for future Legoland visits!

Such a lovely weekend at this charming home. Frederick’s place was updated, clean, and had everything you could need for a getaway. Will recommend!

Angela's place was exactly as described and Angela herself was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We went with a group of 4 couples and it was a great place for a cozy weekend. Easy drives to New Paltz or Kingston as well as local hiking spots!

The host was attentive and accommodating. He was even able to let us check out a little later. We brought our kids and one of their friends. The space easily accommodated all of us and gave us many areas to share as well as use for our own.
