It's far from Hwangnidan-gil, but it's very close to Bulguksa. Personally, Hwangnidan-gil was light, so the location of the accommodation wasn't bad. Thanks to the friendly and warm host and cute cats, I was able to heal.

When I lived in Daegu, I traveled without counting the kids and Gyeongju. Hotel. Resort, Pool Villa. We experienced a variety of single-family homes. FYI both shower heads and 1 toilet are located within the same bathroom for those of us not used to communal baths. Host was friendly and responsive to concerns. Thank you.

This property overlooks Songdo beach and sits above a couple cafes and the clam house restaurant. The property is greeted with a perfect sunrise every morning and offers a multitude of great restaurants all within a couple blocks. You can go for a morning swim and take the gondola ride to the suspension bridge (all a must, and I'm terrified of heights). do yourself a favor and stay at this amazing location.
