Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the elegant decor, the large suites, the HUGE and fresh daily breakfast, and the wonderful people. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again.

It was a holiday where we felt at home. The hotel owner and his employees were helpful and friendly. The pandemic was important and we were paid every day, we are looking forward to coming next year:)

The house was very clean and matched the photos, it is located in Turunc 20km from Marmaris. Turunc is very quiet but it's very, very hot even at night. Didar and his team were attentive and kind.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ali’s place. Ali and his family are the kindest people and we loved staying there. Ali and his wife are teachers and their teenage children help with the running of the boutique hotel over the school holidays when we were staying there. Ali and his family were great with our daughter and would help in any way they could. The little pool was great for her to play more independently too. During our stay, we wanted to watch England play in the Euro’s semi final late at night. Ali and his son came back to the hotel and looked after us with beers throughout! Ali’s place is a 10 minute walk from the main area of shops and restaurants but there are others which are closer. There’s a small shop for snacks and drinks just around the corner which was handy! Ali also took us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had some great conversations and learnt more about the local area. You will not regret staying at Ali’s wonderful place!

Amazing place, I have stayed a few times years ago. We stayed for a few days out of season this time. Everything was immaculately clean. I will defiantly stay again! I’m happy that 27 of our wedding guests will be staying at the Alvaro in May

Great place, location and host. Minor note: The AC is in the bedrooms only. This is easily sorted with a dip in the pool or a trip to the beach, but worth noting if that's really important to you. We had a great stay - thank you!

Kindest people I've never seen, they're very helpful, the place is clean, very close to everything 😍

This is our second stay at Kerem's lovely hotel and we hope to return again. The spot is right on the river and looking right across at the cliff tombs which Dalyan is famous for. We could swim in the river before enjoying a delicious plant based breakfast on the deck above the water. There is also a swimming pool for those not so keen to swim with the fish and river turtles, a great little bar and plenty of seating for relaxing all day in both sun and shade. Not everything works perfectly in the 2 rooms we have now stayed in and there are some quirks here and there, so if you are looking for 5 star perfection then this place may not be for you but it serves its purpose very well and the position in town and on the river yet very private is amazing and Kerem is a great host. We hope to be back there again soon.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ozan and the housekeeper for their interest and interest. . Air conditioning was working well. The rooms were spotless, tidy and tidy. There are also places where you can park your car very easily in terms of location. I stayed with my wife and two daughters with peace of mind. Highly recommend.
