Nishimura Residence Hanare - 100 years old house rental private kitchen & dining

The Nishimura residence is an old-fashioned Nara Machiya that has been part of a Nara Machiya for over 100 years. This was my "grandmother" who spent a lot of time when I was a kid. Nara-cho has a pleasant humble atmosphere that has remained unchanged. "I want a little bit of this pleasant despicable (hina) for future generations."" With that in mind, I took care of the Nishimura residence, which was empty. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto This house used to be one big guest house, but since this Covid19, I have stopped running the guest house and I started to live here with my wife and 2 kids. However I didn't want to quit so I left the good part. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the concept, The slope in front of the house is hard. There is stairs to go up, check online map before you book.

B:Kyoto MACHIYA with garden woodbath Barrier free

Just 5 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with Japanese traditional style garden "Karesansui "garden view. This house is barrier free. There are distance between Tatami room and wood floor but we can prepare bed at wood floor so I think it is no problem. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Reikaku Yasaka | Gion | Historical Machiya

Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. The result is Japanese craftsmanship at its best and we are very proud to be able to share the result with the rest of the world. Check our other house as an alternate option @ Reikaku Kiyomizu-Gojo

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

There are very quiet and safety 1LDK(44 square meter) on 1st floor entire house. Private entrance, key, kitchen, toilet and bath. House renovated 3 years ago. Located south of Kyoto good access to Uji, Fushimi, Nara. It's only 2 min from nearest Kintetsu line Kutsukawa station. it's take 20 minutes from Kyoto station and 30 minutes to Nara, in 60 minutes to Osaka by train.
