We loved our stay at Pilgrim Cottage as it was lovely and cosy and just like the photographs listed. In particular, the kitchen was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and furnished and beds were extremely comfy! Sam was a friendly & informative host. The welcome guide that was provided came in very useful and the walk-through instructions for the hot-tub, along with step-by-step photographs, were beneficial. Although we had read the description and instructions and were aware that the wood-fire hot tub would take 3-4 hours to heat up, we found that a lot more wood was needed to get it up to the required temperature. We were disappointed with the amount of extra wood we had to purchase as this was an additional cost that we didn’t anticipate having to spend :(

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

Stunning location, stunning cottage. Paul was fantastic and responded to any questions. The cleaner had only left two towels for 4 guests, messaged Paul and he got some dropped off, great service. The cottage is great, plenty of space, kitchen is stunning and good little forecourt garden. The cottage would be perfect if there was an upgrade on beds and sofas. Would happily return and recommend to people. The area is stunning:

We had an amazing, peaceful stay here. June is a friendly host who provided us with everything that we could possibly need for our stay. The cottage is beautifully renovated, so much thought and detail has very clearly gone in to it- it’s beautiful. It was a perfect location for a nice peaceful Valentines weekend! The hot tub under the stars was the added bonus too. Thanks so much for having us June, we can’t wait to book again!

This is a beautiful cute cottage. The fixtures and fittings were very modern and clean. The log burning stove made it very cosy. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub. We booked this location hoping to be able to access the local pubs however the closest pub was closed. We were warned to check the winter opening times by the hosts. There was a lovely rustic pub a bit further away which was very welcoming with an open fire. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Extremely quick response from host for our last minute booking! The instructions were spot on to find. The place its self has the most beautiful views all facing mountains including Snowdon. We woke to a peaceful sunrise. The host has clearly put a lot of thought for guests staying with an array of takeaway menus, local flyers for activities and the amenities themselves. It was the perfect balance for us, of countryside scenery yet close to shops for everything you need. It’s was absolutely spotless! We felt right at home and the hot tub out back was truly amazing. We felt it was very private and perfect for our stay prior to hiking snowdon being only 11 minutes away from the easy trial. Highly recommend, and would definitely return!

Stayed here for 3 nights with 3 other friends, host was very friendly and accommodating for us, place was very clean and tidy when we arrived and felt very homely, hot tub was a huge bonus after a big day on the bikes at Mick Extance!, views all round were amazing will 100% be back

I had a great stay in this lovely, cosy cottage. I loved how close it was to the station for trips up and down the beautiful Cambrian Coast, and how quiet it was given its proximity to the town. Being in a pedestrian area full of steps probably helped! I would absolutely come back if I am in Barmouth again.

What a fantastic place, full of thoughtful touches (towels & blankets for the dog, lovely welcome basket of goodies) and a great place to spend a few days walking along the canal. The whole house has been beautifully renovated with underfloor heating and wood burning stoves downstairs, comfy beds upstairs, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

Lisa and Chris were great hosts, very responsive and gave clear instructions on directions to the cottage upon arriving. The cottage itself was very clean and cosy and we felt comfortable straight away, the 360 views round the cottage were beautiful Won’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to Lisa & Chris. The location was wonderfully remote, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The log burner was a fantastic feature, especially on the colder evenings! Us and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful walks nearby, there were a few books/leaflets of things to do, including one book of valley walks - the one starting at Dolwyddelan train station was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil outdoors getaway!

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in and around Beaumaris but this is my now my favourite. The house is much bigger downstairs than it appears from the outside with several cosy couches throughout the property and it was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. The whole house was decorated beautifully and felt like a home from home. Even though the weather wasn't good it was really nice having the outdoor space and this would be great in summer with bi-fold doors open. The Central Bakery was a 2 minute walk for fresh hot croissants and bread, the shops and restaurant were all a short walk. I managed to park close to the property throughout the stay. Hopefully next time I come to Beaumaris I will be able to stay here again!

Very comfortable stay at Pippa's place - cosy and full of character. Pippa made us so welcome, it felt more like house sitting for a friend! Lots of information about the cottage and the local surroundings, both of which are gorgeous. We didn't venture the walk to the beach but drove round, five minute journey and free parking, and the beach was absolutely STUNNING. Fantastic stay from start to finish.

What an absolute gem of a find in the heart of the lsle of Anglesey a cosy little cottage very homely, our host Steve made us feel most welcome and we felt right at home his wealth of knowledge both of the lsle of Anglesey and the wildlife was most helpful. Steve's meadow is a lovely little retreat to either sit and watch or explore. I really do recommend a visit at this lovely located little cottage as we will definitely be staying here again. I just like to say a thank you to Steve for a wonderful relaxing stay.

First of all a very friendly and personable host. An ideal property for a couple Cosy lounge, very usable kitchen, spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle and a good sized bedroom with comfortable bed.

Had such a welcoming and warm stay at the cat view lodge ! There was lots to see and do, and the lodge itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The hot tub was a great addition in a beautiful garden area. Looking forward to coming again soon.

If you're looking for a cosy place to stay whilst escaping to the mountains, look no further. This is the perfect location to climb snowden and many other mountains. We also enjoyed going to zip world (great for a rainy day) and harlech beach. The cottage is super warm, especially with the fire going and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed playing cards, lots of TV options. The bedroom is really spacious and the bed is comfy. Chris was very accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. Great value for money.

This is a beautiful cottage with all you could need. Very peaceful and relaxing. Extremely clean and cosy, and extremely straight forward to find everything. Literally open the door and can relax. Host is incredibly patient and super helpful. Will defiantly be staying again.

What a beautiful little cottage paddleboard is! Thank you to Nicki and Tom for letting us share their fabulous cottage for the weekend. We all loved the hot tub it's awesome. The location is great for walking or fishing the Menai Strait, we can't wait to come back. Thanks again Nicki and Tom.

A beautifully converted and spacious barn in a great location. Jane is the perfect host. I would highly recommend.
