Wonderful secure and clean new building with great amenities within a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. Unit is spacious, view is amazing, and host is friendly and responsive.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely amazing! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations to make our trip even more enjoyable. Waking up to the sunrise over the water and enjoying coffee on the balcony was truly a dream. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. Five stars all the way! Be sure to pack water shoes, the beach is rocky in places.

We enjoyed our stay. Irina was exact with the information. The place is walking distance to the beach and Jaco downtown. Many restaurant, grocery and liquor store near by. The gate security are serious on arrival at check in, turn very friendly after confirmation of ID. We enjoyed our stay, the place was like on the pictures. Really close to the beach and a pool in the middle of the apartments. Our bedsheets were not that clean but Gabriel just came a few minutes after the message and changed them, we really appreciated that. Thanks!

Positive: views, cleanliness, parking garage, elevator access, gym Negative: Too many shade places by the pool, unstable internet was not possible to play too many interruptions, simple kitchen equipment without a stove and sink.

Location and safety are the priorities for me and my family...this place has them... that's why we went there.

The place is lovely and homey. Very private and nicely located in a peaceful area. A lot of amenities included which came in very handy!

Great location within the Los Sueños resort! Bedrooms were comfortable with ample space for a party of 5. Easy instructions to get in and it was nice to have a security guard stationed at the front of the community. Only suggestion would be to include more basic necessities for guests, ie soap/toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall would stay again!

Amazing place! Great location, terrific amenities, top notch appliances and supplies. Pool is beautiful! Rooftop terrace is magnificent! Private gym, great security. Close to everything and wonderful location right on the beach.

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Condo was very well equipped, grounds and resort were outstanding. We can't say enough how much we appreciated Randal's quick response and willingness to help when we had questions prior to arrival. We will definitely book again when we return to Costa Rica!

Great place to stay in Los Sueños. The check-in process was easy at the Marina Office. The apartment (Del Mae - 2J) was great with good appliances and nice furniture. KItchen was well equipped and the view was very nice.

Sams apartment is well and luxury equipped. We enjoyed to sit on the terrace and it was just a few steps to go to be in the pool area. Supermarkets and restaurants reachable within 3 to 4 minutes walk. We enjoyed our time in del Pacifico

I had a great stay at Camiel's place. I liked it so much I stayed for almost two months. It is very clean and safe and although there is some noise from the street and gym on the second floor I got use to it very quickly and had no problem sleeping. The apartment itself had plenty of hot water, a big screen TV with Netflix, good air conditioning and excellent WiFi suitable for streaming, Zoom calls, online work, etc. I also like that there is a washer and dryer available in the building which was very convenient. The location is also excellent with it bieng only a few steps from the main strip in Jaco where all the action is and about a three minute walk to the ocean. I recommend this place to any future travelers to Jaco and it will be where I stay when I return.

Everything went great, we enjoyed our stay!

We were here less than 24 hours but loved it! The house was so clean and we loved the setup and decor. The pools were beautiful. Mostly, the hosts were fantastic, so responsive and gave recommendations to great restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer, it was perfect for our group!

We stayed at Christopher’s place for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! We saw so many cool birds, iguanas, geckos and insects while hanging outside. It’s located in Playa Hermosa, just outside Jaco, and centrally located with so many great beaches and restaurants! It’s a very beautiful and peaceful area and nice that it’s just outside of Jaco if we wanted more restaurant options. Christopher recommended some delicious food in the area and masseuses (Askel) to come to the house for a couples massage. There was also free pizza delivery and grocery delivery. Be sure to ask Chris for local beach recommendations and things to do!

Great place to stay close to beach. Home had everything we needed. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The host (Marlon) was very responsive and was there when we arrived to welcome us with a high class. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in each of the 3 bedrooms. There are also three standing fans. The pool of the complex near the accommodation with several pools and layout is lovely. We would recommend it without hesitation. If we have a chance, we will come back.

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.
