It is a gem of a property away from the crowded spaces of Bhimtal. A secluded space with really nice views, nestled in the greenery, hills and abundant beautiful horticulture in the vicinity. Property and facilities available are the same as mentioned in the website. We had a very comfortable stay as host was very responsive and always available to our requirements such as local contacts, cabs and recommendations. As the kitchenette facility is there, we also cooked some items ourselves but homemade food with the caretaker was sumptuous and tasty, which came as a pleasant surprise to us. had a very good stay the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing they went over and beyond to make our day enjoyable.. I had an amazing stay at Whistling Hush Cottage! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and cooperative, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The house help was fantastic, always attentive and ready to assist, making the stay even more relaxing. The bonfire and barbecue setup added a magical touch to the evenings, creating the perfect cozy and warm ambiance. The property itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and inviting, with fresh, great-smelling quilts and towels that made it feel just like home. We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

It was definitely what I was looking for. A home in the hills. Respectful, hygienic staff and great in terms of responsiveness Super friendly boys (sunny and puron) helped in handling the infant we were travelling with. Cook bhaiya (pawan) cooked us delicious home food and took care of small needs of the kids. The house was clean, well maintained and peaceful. We shall surely be back soon ❤️ Thanks to Aditi and Karan for hosting us and making the stay memorable.

I must say caretaker Meetika did an outstanding job . It felt like home . I must say its all about your service experience & Meetika is an outstanding cook and great human being with a smile on her face . I would love to come back and the reason is the way caretaker manages the property . She took all the instructions very well and prepared awesome food for us . All in all a great experience.
