Vacation rentals with beach access in Tunisia

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! Hope to come again .

A peaceful place to stay right on the beach. There is a monoprix and several cafes/restaurants (incl. a great rotisserie chicken place and fancier sit down restaurant) walking distance. It is a quick 5-10min Bolt ride to the hustle and bustle downtown. We even walked the length of the beach to the downtown twice during the stay (1 hour walk straight down the beach). Instructions were clear, and it was easy to access despite being down a side road.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Loved the quiet and calm location and nearby beach. The apartment is very nice and cozy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities needed to prepare food and is clean. Wifi worked perfectly and was good for working remotely too. Any issues I had were solved within a day which I appreciated a lot! I felt safe here and enjoyed my vacation a lot. Will definitely come back! Thank you!! :)

Nice place. Strong smell of either cleaning products or air fresheners. Good location to local Medina. Walkable if you go by the beach. Good security. Booked during winter so didn’t get to use the pool.

The location of the apartment is great – only 2 minutes walk to the sea. The key drop-off was very easy. Adam and his mother are helpful, and everything went smoothly. I'll be recommending.

The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beach (Sidi Abdelaziz- La Marsa) nearby, while having peace and security. The hygiene, the amenities of the place and especially the extreme kindness of the host make the place a real haven of peace. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home situated on the beach. Great hosts and we loved the addition of Chedly the cat. The decor is fab and we would highly recommend staying here.

I had a great time at this apartment in Sousse. The location is ideal, just a 7 minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The place was great, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything matched the description perfectly, and I felt like I was at home. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a successful stay in Sousse!

Dora's beautiful little apartment in Akouda was exactly as described with the pictures being up to date. It is a very well designed space with everything you need for a short stay for a couple or even with a little one with you. The place was immaculately clean, white socks stayed white 😁 With a very detailed explanation as to where to go we were able to find the apartment with ease and we were always able to park right outside, I did go during the off season though. There's shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, some coffee and tea in the kitchen. It's the little things like this that go the extra mile in making it a special experience. The beach is just a short walk down from the apartment.

Excellent location! The view is incredible! You can see the beach and mountains from ur bedroom. The stars are visible from ur balcony. The beach is 1 min walking away from the apartment.

this apartment is simply amazing, it is well located in the tourist area close to all amenities. it was spacious, functional and above all clean. the parking space is just below, near the elevator, which made our lives easier. Mr. Riahi described his apartment very well so trust the description. He responds to messages very quickly, he is such a generous and welcoming person.
