Its a professionally run Airbnb/hotel room in a modern part of Quito with pricy restos but well connected to all parts of the town with Uber or public transport. The bed might be a little small for two otherwise a great room.

Nice place in a gated community in Cumbaya. Well worth what I paid. Very safe and peaceful. Javier was a great communicator and his family who lives on the bottom level is very friendly. Great internet for remote work. I would stay here again for sure.
