New, comfortable, quiet, spacious and cozy. 5 minutes from La Florida airport, close to the pink area and the Malecon, on the Puente climb; 10 minutes to the Playas del Morro and 5 minutes to the Centro. Close to entities and institutions. If you come for a walk or work, you'll feel right at home.
