Hotel vacation rentals in Tsuen Wan District

Decided to have last minutes trip to visit HK, and found Matthew’s place. Matthew and the partner are all very friendly and responsive ! Hotel is very clean, and bed it’s just too good to sleep compared to my previous experience in HK ! Bed is surprisingly big ! And it is walkable distance to Tsam Shui Pou MTR station, there’s convenience store and dobby shop nearby ! If you were to experience HK locals lifestyle, have a morning walk in the market, JST Hotel might be your first choice ! Thanks Matthew and Marco for giving us a very good experience, will def be back again !

The place was with good space and next door there is a really small restaurant with great food options.

I was given a different place as the one in listing was under renovation. The new place was in the 9th floor of United Mansion A, right in front of Shanghai street bus station and 300m from Jordan MTR, and 500m from Austin street MTR. Worth every penny in an otherwise very costly HK. A small cozy compact room just enough for 2 with two beds, a AC unit, a small wardrobe, a bedside table with a mirror and squeaky clean bathroom with water heater. Drinking water was available for consumption for free along with a fridge, oven and a kettle in the common area. There was a super friendly caretaker available in the property. The host was very friendly and proactive in her communication. This is available at half the price of other hotels in the same area but with more amenities and personal care. Thanks to Wai for making my HK trip very memorable!

I had a great time at Mei's place during my stay in HK! While it is definitely small and you may need to get creative with how you store your luggage/belongings, I thought it had everything you could want for a short stay in HK. I enjoyed the comfortable double bed, there is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway, internet is fast, and everything was clean inside the actual accommodation. The one thing to note is that while there is hot water which is great, it unfortunately doesn't last too long so you just have to be smart about that. The absolute best part though about the place though is its location. There are lots of cool and great places which you can reach on foot. If you need to go further, Jordan station on the very convenient red line is immediately outside the building exit. The convenience of that was amazing. Finally, Mei herself was great at communication and was helpful when needed Overall, as a solo traveler, I would definitely recommend this place :)

Clean and well managed space, very central and easy to get to. Kevin gave clear instructions about using the space, which made for easy check-in and check-out!

Great place to stay. Convenient to access public transportation. Bus stop in front of the building. Metro station Jordan is very close by. I will stay here again in the future.

I had a good experience at Sam's place. The apartment is comfortable and has all the basics you need for a stay in Hong Kong. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Sam was a responsive and helpful host, quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this place for a practical and well-located stay.
