Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Trudering-Riem

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Would definitely stay here again. Close to public transit; near a little park for morning runs. Great falafel nearby, along with other restaurants, organic grocery store, and convenience store. The kitchen was a bit small (but functional). Having a dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer was a huge asset on our trip. Daniel was proactive in communications and always quick to respond. Only downside was that the unit is a fourth-floor walkup (but it wasn't too bad).

We really had a great stay at Jochen place ! We stayed one week and we almost felt like being at home. The apartment is really nice and functional, Jochen was super responsive and answered all our questions very quickly! The apartment is located 10min walk away from the metro and tramway stations which makes it easy to reach the city Center. We would come back without any hesitation. Thanks again !

We were very happy with the place. ● Flexible check in ● Place was easy to find ● spacious parking space on the premises ● You immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very cozy Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and on all days a bright blue sky. So all in all a very nice holiday.

Anna is a nice and friendly host, she always stayed in touch and was very supportive. The apartment has everything I needed for cooking and living and it was crystal clean! The U-Bahn and the buses are in 7-minutes walking distance, its also easy to get to the center.

Jan’s apartment was conveniently located across the street from a grocery store. Plus, the place is a few minutes from a less touristy beer hall, a bakery, and a few decent restaurants. The rooms were warm and the kitchen area super clean.

Monica was very friendly, the apartment was clean and it was easy to feel at home. Supermarket across the road. Bus trip to Pasing, or an easy walk, then get the train in to Munich. Blutenburg Xmas market was on during our stay, a 15 minute walk. Would recommend.

Beautiful stay and very uncomplicated communication with Andreas. There is certainly more to see in summer, but even in winter, the property can convince with a short distance to the S-Bahn.

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

Stephan’s apartment is very lovely and comfortable. My family of five stayed during Christmas and we had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The heating works very well, as it was quite cold. The convenience of the tram directly outside the front of the building was wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

Lisa and Julian are amazing host and their place is one of the best experience we had with Airbnb. It is a peaceful community and there are some very good restaurants. The house is clean and nice decorated. Love the stylish design and comfortable place they provided. There was some problem with the bathroom, and Julian response and fix the problem quickly so it didn’t bother us at all. Appreciate for everything you prepare for us. Top recommendation!

Adi was super hospitable and his apartment was very clean with all amenities provided for a short stay in Munich. Close to the local Christmas markets at Weißenburger Platz and a nice stroll to the bigger markets in Old Town if you are looking to stay at Xmas time.

We lived the apartment and it suited our family of 6 (all adults) very well. Beds were comfortable. Showers had great water flow. The inclusion of both a washer and dryer was handy. Location is AMAZING and I can’t say enough about how easy it was to walk to all the key places we wanted to visit. Regina was also super friendly and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!!
