Our stay at this place is definitely one of the highlights of our journey in Norway. It is as exactly as the pictures described— elegant, comfy and private. The experience I had was even way higher than I expected, every day I left the house late and came back early just for the inner peace and stunning view. Jarl and Ania are kind hearted, responsive and friendly, whenever I encountered any problems they are always there to help, I would love to be their guest again. By the way, don’t forget to try the sauna(in the shower room), it’s a 10/10 experience and you won’t regret it!

The Airbnb was extremly clean and had all the amenities needed. There is a Grocery store close by and the town as well as the gondolas are a 15min walk away. bus station is right next to the airbnb. beutiful view of Narvik, the sea and the mountains from the windows. i definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful place to stay. Nice and quiet, great for taking walks. Nice view and so many northern lights! The Restaurant is probably what we liked most. Everything is local and most from the farm. The chef is very talented. Even the granola for breakfast is homemade. Bård and his Family are very welcoming and fun to talk to. Great stay

The cottage is cozy, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, and Benthe was so kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more days! Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Easy access to Tromsø city via bus or taxi. We often used the bus into the city which stopped just outside the house. They were reasonably priced and regular. Thomas was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions/queries. We had a group of 7 and the house was more than spacious enough for our family. We stayed over the new year period and could see the northern lights and the fireworks from the balcony of the house. The house over looks the fjords and the city and has breathtaking views. All in all an amazing house, host and city. Would highly recommend this 👍

Our stay was great. The house was easy to find and get in. Tommy is a very communicative and supportive host. Everything was clean, easy to find and well kept. We found the view to be actually stunning, something we'll definitely remember. The area behind the house, into the mountains, has limited accessibility in the winter but will probably be an interesting hiking spot in the summer. We felt at home and would definitely come back. Eva is an amazing host. She is really friendly. The communication was perfect. She even filled up the fridge for us as we arrived late, so that we had something to eat. The apartment was great, clean and really cozy with a love to details. It almost felt like home. We would definitely stay there again. :-)

Absolutely loved our stay in part of Morten and Veronica's beautiful home. The apartment was so homely, warm and comfortable we felt right at home straight away. The views are stunning, no need to go on aurora hunts as you can see them from the balcony when they're about. We appreciated the aurora alerts from Morten and Veronica very much. The hill up to the apartment is steep but gets easier the more you do it! 😆 Bus stop is at the bottom of the hill and takes you straight to town or the airport. We got taxis to and from the airport but would definitely get the bus in summer. The bus system in Tromsø was excellent, very frequent and reliable. We slept on the sofa bed as I'm a bit claustrophobic and the bedroom bed is wall to wall. The sofa however, was very comfortable. I slept better than I do at home!! Everything you need for your stay to be comfortable was provided and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tromsø. Loved it! 🤩

We would fully recommend this place. Tone (Roger's sister) couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful when we arrived. She also kindly went out of her way to lend us some sledges and equipment for outings. The accommodation is just stunning, and extremely well equipped (we particularly liked the coffee machine!). Beautiful views all round and we saw the northern lights from the hot tub. There's also a walk around the coast line right by the apartment where you can see them even more clearly. Usually I don't sleep well in a bed that's not my own, but we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Also, plenty of spare blankets if needed. The hot tub and sauna were great for us and also if you're a fan of cold water dipping, you can go for a dip from the steps by the decking. The local supermarket is not even a 5 minute walk away, and walking to town was fine for us even in the snow, took around 25 mins. Hopefully we'll be back to see the summer.

Lisbeth's apartment is lovely and located very nicely, a 20 minute walk from the city centre and 3 minutes from a bus stop or supermarket. The apartment had everything we need and made for a very peaceful and enjoyable stay, we would definitely return

Great apartment at Alta city centre, with lots of amenities really clone (supermarket, shopping, restaurants, bus stop). Beautiful view to the mountains. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Her house was clean, warm , and cozy, so it felt like our house.The view from the large window in the living room was so beautiful and wonderful. We were satisfied with everything, but the only regret was that we could not see the northern lights at the house because of the bad weather. And because it was winter , there was a lot of snow and it was slillery, so we cauld not walk out to the bus stop, so we had to call a taxi everyday. I think it would be fine in other seasons. Thank you so much , Crete & Reino. I hope to come again someday.

this is my second time staying with Ørjan and it was as good as the first time, with improvements even😉. I would recommend this place for the exceptional view, away from light pollution, in nature. The place is great, clean, functional. Ørjan is responsive. still easy to get to the city center in 15 min by bus that is right in front of the accommodation. In my opinion, it's definitely worth staying there. And the Northern Lights show was still at the rendezvous 😍

We really loved spending several days in this flat, which is really well located in Tromsø. There is a magnificent view of the town and the surrounding area from the large windows and balcony. We had parked our car on the spot and were able to walk everywhere, to the town centre very close by, to the lake at the very top via the magnificent cemetery, to the magnificent view from telegrafbukta. The flat is very comfortable and cosy. We'll definitely be back ☺️

If you’re thinking about booking Simens place then do it before it gets booked up. Everything was perfect. The stunning location, such comfortable and homely atmosphere. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel and body lotion were such a nice touch. All essentials for cooking ready for you. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Simen was always around If you needed anything. Would 100% book again and recommend Simens place to everyone

We spent a wonderful week of vacation in Sigurd's apartment, which is new and very comfortable. The most beautiful is the view of the water and the mountains directly from the living room. The apartment is within walking distance of bus stops and supermarkets. Contact with Sigurd was very quick, friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment.

This was a great, cosy place to stay for our brief stay in Tromsø. Easy to work out the bus routes. Very clean, very friendly host and beautiful scenic views from the balcony. Would highly recommend and would love to go back again!

We stayed at the property in Tromsø for 8 days. Located in a beautiful place near a forest/park. The sea is also only a few 100 meters away. Check-in was very easy and straightforward (via lockbox). The hosts were also attentive, inquiring whether we are well or needing something. In case of problems, we could have easily contacted them (but there were no problems;)) The accommodation is small but cozy. It has everything you need there. We heated with an electric radiant heater, which worked very well and we had it pleasantly warm. We have taken a lot of excursions. Although the accommodation is just outside the city, it is still very central. It takes only about 10 minutes to get to the city from the nearby bus stop. The bus connections are also great in all other directions and you can quickly get from A to B. All in all a great place to stay!

We saw a great Aurora the entire 2 nights in Horningsburg. The house was fully equipped with amenities and convenient to use.
