Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The house is from 2001, the architect sign and cladding in the Osp. It is completely unobtrusive, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders the Raet National Park on Tromøya. More beaches 5-10 min away by car or boat. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and dock space that gives you the opportunity to experience the RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

New log house with amazing views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Downtown south country house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Holiday house by the sea

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr.
