Cozy spot for a fun weekend! It’s a nice loft that isn’t exactly out preferred rural spot, but we knew that going in, and had fun! It’s nice to be able to walk to good restaurants. The place was clean and cheery. It’s not exactly a quiet area, but that’s all pretty clear in the description and reviews, so no issues with it! Thanks for a nice stay!

I have nothing bad to say about my stay in Trinidad. Although, if you do have dogs, be sure to put a cover over futon if they are able to get on it. I had an incedent and I took care of it. Her claw ripped the leather. Other then this, I will stay again and Jay cooks great food just down stairs! Hope you all enjoy the stay with Jay!

Joey’s place is clean, cute and comfortable. It provided a very comfortable base for us to explore from in Trinidad. If you have the time we highly recommend driving the “Highway of Legends Scenic Byway” which heads West out of Trinidad and curves North just after Stonewall through Monument Park to Cuchara and La Veta, the road really lives up to the name. Thanks Joey for providing comfortable beds with plenty of clean linens, and a fully equipped kitchen for us to enjoy. Much appreciated!

My family stayed in Unit 3 during the holidays, and we were so grateful to have a quiet place that was easy to access and very comfortable. Checking in was a breeze, and Joey provided very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. The unit was spotless when we arrived and included all the comforts of home we were hoping for. There were plenty of extra linens available, and we especially appreciated the space heaters in each of the bedrooms. There is a large outdoor space that was perfect for our pets. We had zero issues during our week-long stay.

This is a lovely, little peace of heaven!! Nicole, allowed us to book this cozy place for a last minute girls trip. It was a surprise for my sister’s birthday! Check in was a breeze and we walked all over town. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to be close to all the cute and tasty shops and eateries!! Nice clean place with dedicated green space and a great view of a mountain for a gorgeous sunrise. Dedicated parking, easy access, and quick communication made this a good place for a quick stay.

We came in on the train and these are perfectly located for that and access to downtown. The stairs are pretty intense to get to the apartment. But great value.

Joey’s place worked perfectly for our short stay in Trinidad and was well located to the downtown area. Would stay again.
