Renovated meadow of 90 m2 from the 19th century. The house was built on 10 years ago and is today a completely separate part of a larger residence. It has its own entrance and patio/small garden which is surrounded by walls, and therefore appears as a completely undisturbed residence. Private parking lot. Lovely location in the countryside along a gravel road with farms and fields around. Perfect for a small family with young children or a couple who wants a quiet place. Almost car-free. 5 km to white beaches and 20 min to Ystad.

Fresh townhouse of 106 sqm with garden! The downstairs has a large hall with storage, bathroom and a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer as well as everything you need to cook. Next door is a private laundry room. Further in there is a living room with big sofa and TV. Upstairs there are three cozy double rooms and one bathroom. Welcome to our magical wooden beachhouse in Beddingestrand, set in a secluded wildflower garden 200m from nature reserve and the sea. As soon as you step into the garden all stress melts away. Beddinge is a place to take it easy and live a simple life. Read your book, sketch, think, write, cook good food, go for walks along the beach, take a swim, go for bike rides. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom, washing machine & dryer and a small dish washer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.
