This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

I loved this home. Comfy, cozy, perfect size for two. Beautiful counter tops, and comfy furniture. I loved the location, close to Safeway and a yummy bakery called heavenly sweets. Super close to downtown. The backward was nice because it was gated and you could park inside. Beautiful table with vine plants climbing over the arbor, which was pretty to look at; I imagine the flowers will be pretty when they bloom in a few weeks. The bed and pillows were so fricken comfy!!! Will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Scott's place. My friends and I had a delightful reunion on Mt Shasta. The house was absolutely perfect for a wonderful weekend with friends. Three spacious bedrooms, full kitchen to prepare delicious meals, big lot with lots of privacy and absolutely stunning views of the mountain framed by the beautiful pine trees. We spent an afternoon in the living room drinking tea, catching up and looking at the light and cloud changes on Mt Shasta. Scott is absolutely wonderful and generous host. He responded to all my messages promptly and clearly. The place was just as described. With easy check in and check out. Clear directions. Easy to find. We are very happy with our experience and have been already planning our return in the summer.

We had a wonderful time at Lisa’s cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, wood stove was cozy and my kid loved the bear decor. Very comfy and convenient location, we would stay here again.

Jordan was very responsive. The house is very well stocked. Beds, super comfy. The location is convenient, right off the freeway, but that does add to the road noise element. We would rent it again.

Chris was very communicative when we had questions about the internet and EV charger. The house was well kept and access to the washer and dryer was great!

We had a great time! Our accomodations were wonderful. Very clean and was so happy to have a warm, cozy place to come back to after long days skiing. We had a good amount of restaurant/coffee options within walking distance which was a definite plus!

This place was super cozy and setup for a beautiful stay. It had everything we needed. It's a very short walk to the main strip in Mt Shasta, which has all the shops and restaurants. Anya and Douglas were very good at communicating with me about the trips, house rules and were quick to respond to any questions I had. If you're with a large group and are looking for a place to stay, definitely think about booking this spot.

Our family had a great stay at Jen’s place for a snowy mid-winter break! We hope to come back!
