I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Recently renovated two-level apartment. 2 beautiful and quite comfortable bathrooms, the showers are not huge but comfortable, excellent water temperature management. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking in front of the door. TV is missing in the room. I'll definitely be back

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach... Very nice children's room, with ample space where you can store objects and clothes... Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area close to the sea.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. All in all a wonderful place for holidays! We'll be happy to come back anytime. Tschau a tutti😎

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto,but living it from Stefano's house was a unique experience...the view,the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs),the infinity of stars to contemplate(in fact I brought the telescope and I would definitely like to point out this place to astrophiles like me)for what I paid for. Stefano's house is simply beautiful,cozy(like him),warm,comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One pamper for our dogs who were able to safely break free. Stefano is also a delight,he explains everything about the house and not only(excursions,food, surroundings),and chatting is truly a pleasure. I'll be back soon.
