Bear Branch has a 32x32 in shower with instant hot water. Full size toilet, kitchen sink, microwave and k cup coffee maker. The lower twin size bed is perfect for a single travler or a cozy couple. If you need an aditional bed another twin mattress is a short climb away in the loft area. Outside the tiny house you can cook on propane and/ or a charcoal grill. Also have a stocked fire pit so you can enjoy a campfire. Firewood, bottled water, coffee and items to make smores are always provided!

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. The pond is out of my control. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The cozy cottage is an easily accessible house within walking distance to downtown brevard. Also it is riding and jogging distance to the trails at bracken mountain which have been continually growing and go all the way to pisgah forest. Also close is the "lumber arts district" with restaurants, live music, and art stores. There is a bike path to breweries, river swimming holes, and lots of other things to do. The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.
