I came to town to revisit Fed Hill as I lived here a few years back. The location was wonderful for all I wanted to do. The unit was perfect for one person but you could definitely fit up to 3 very comfortably. Dion was very easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions thoroughly. I encountered an issue with the door during my checkout process but Dion took wonderful care of the situation! I will definitely book again next time I’m back in town! :)

Kris's Airbnb was a wonderful place to land when we came to the Trump inauguration in Washington D.C. The place was spotless, and we loved having a kitchen with a dishwasher and all the amenities they promised. We highly recommend reservations with Kris.

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Renee was very transparent about accessing the unit and also gave insight on stores in the area.

Karanja was very helpful every step of the way. We should have come when it was light out. It was slightly hard to find the place because our GPS said it was sooner than it actually was. So if it was light out, it would not be a problem. Great place!!!

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Kristen provided everything a guest could need. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There were plenty of electrical outlets to charge our phones and laptops. The house was located on a quiet street and convenient to get to grocery stores and restaurants. She displayed beautiful art on her walls. Plenty of pillows on the bed and in the living room, so it was comfortable to curl up and read before bed. One morning, there was freezing rain/sleet and she treated the steps and sidewalk and warned us to be careful. Kristen definitely cares about her guests. We will return on our next trip to DC.

Nice neighborhood great beds made me and my family feel comfortable

We had a great time staying with Felix and Sara. It was exactly what we needed during our home renovation. Very convenient and the perfect size and location for us. Felix and Sara and their family were super communicative and accommodating. We so appreciated having a comfortable place to stay with everything we needed during a stressful time.

My second stay was just as good as my first. Kelly is a great host who proactively checks in to make sure that things are going smoothly. the small space has a great Zen vibe to it, highly recommend for those who are good with minimalistic living. the shower is exceptionally nice.

This was our second stay and again was such a pleasure!!! Lisa's place is so beautifully decorated, very clean, and super cozy. She provides drinks and snacks and has all the amenities of home. Plus a gorgeous waterview. A great location if you are visiting the U.S. Naval Academy or touring Annapolis. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay near DC, for a great price! Space was clean and came equip with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Private place! Only about 25 minutes to DC!

I truly enjoyed my time here. I’m grateful for Kimberly’s responsiveness and willingness to work with me. The place was cozy and the hot tub was very relaxing.

I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!! The Host’s responsiveness was 10/10 and the space looks just like the pictures! The space was cozy, clean and the surrounding area was perfect! A lot of options near by for food and fine dining. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

First of all they were excellent host. We are very big on hospitality and if we had to grade them on a 1-10 scale I would rate them a 20. Beautiful home made me and my family felt welcomed. If we needed anything or had any questions they instantly responded. Most of all the nice big beautiful hot tub is what I would have to say we enjoyed the most. Being that we’re only a little under a hour away we will be back.

The place is as described - it has everything one needs in a short term accommodation. I found the kitchen stocked with all we needed to be able to stick to our own eating preferences and routine including some basic meal prep. I was even able to keep up with protein shakes thanks to a good quality blender. It’s walkable, it’s shoppable. It has a decent gym though the management could step up their maintenance of it but that’s on the building management not on the apartment host. The only inconvenience was having only one key/fob which made our group dependent on one another unless we wanted to be leaving the key in the lockbox on the street each time one of us left, which we found suboptimal. Other than this - no complaints!

Peaceful quiet place, and so convenient to the Metro! Room was spotless and nicely decorated - and (very important) the mattress and bedding were comfortable. Claudia is an excellent host. Really enjoyed it and would stay here again.
