Vacation rentals with a pool in Torre Pedrera

The house is really nicely decorated and with the garden and large property it was really a very nice place to stay. The private tennis court is also worth a lot. I would recommend anyone who is still considering choosing this property! Nik is super nice and the caretaker Lirim is also really nice! Totally beautiful holiday!

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

Nice location, nestled in the hills of Rimini. Very spacious house, perfect for large groups. More than functional bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with spaces and tools perfect for those who love to cook. Large living room with a great impact. Enjoyable outdoor area with patio, and jacuzzi to be used in summer. Available and courteous hosts. Smart TV and wide selection of board games appreciated. The supply of basic cooking ingredients is very useful.

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We enjoyed the quiet location and the house very much. This settlement with about 10 houses is located off the beaten track on a mountain. The landlady was very helpful and gave us great tips. I would have liked to have known in advance that the hot tub is heated, but in autumn I was thinking more of 30 degrees than 18-20 degrees. Definitely too cold for me to use it. My mistake, I should have asked. The apartment is well equipped, the beds comfortable, there was nothing we lacked. There is a fantastic restaurant La Greppia nearby, which we unfortunately only discovered on the last night. Be sure to try the regional specialty Passatelli. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much!

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
