had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

I can only super recommend Óscar's house, the cleanliness more than a 10, many details that are appreciated and for the price it has it seems that it is very to value, a welcome sign with a bottle of lambrusco was waiting for us. The house is wrong with absolutely everything, full kitchen and all the utensils you need, bath with gel shampoo, toothpaste, paper, a kit, a dryer. The rooms with clean linens and I would say new ones, good blankets pillows, a large mirror and air fresheners. The truth is that we feel very comfortable and we are free to carry towels etc... Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The apartment is very well located with a nice view of the sea. It is as described on the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed. We warmly thank Maria and hope to come back when we can. Thank you also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and others!

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

We had an amazing time at the villa! We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all! The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside space was great with enough seating area for everyone. It was a bonus to have a washing machine and a line outside to dry clothes. The villa has so much character! We would 💯 return in future ☺️

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Responsive host. An excellent and immaculatly clean house. We very much enjoyed our stay over Christmas and would highly recommend.

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.

Lola is the consummate host! She made herself available for our checkin throughout the afternoon as we were beset with logistical problems with rental car that kept altering our schedule. The condo was spotless and welcoming. Throughout the stay Lola gave us suggestions, one restaurant she named is the best restaurant we have eaten at in Spain! Although the weather was rainy for most our stay, her airbnb was so attractive and cozy our trip was not diminished by staying indoors, rather it was enhanced! If you ever go to La Manga, this is the host you want to book with-considerate, caring, always available for questions of any need…and her Airbnb is an inviting, attractive joy, with all the amenities!!!

Claudio is a good host, always attentive and responsive, the apartment is as described in the photos, I loved it very close to the beach so you don't have to use the car much, I would definitely stay there again. thank you very much Claudio.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

It was a very easy check in. Very quiet and great location.. kitchen well stocked.. quiet and comfortable bed. Close to beach and really enjoyed the long walks.Tewfix gave me some sound advice regarding transport and where to hire a bike for a good deal. Enjoyed my 8days and plan to return next year.

The maintenance house in Svetlana was fantastic for our family! In addition, the house was cozy and comfortable. It was well equipped with all we needed during our experience. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen-it all created an atmosphere of home comfort. We felt like home and enjoyed every moment. The location of the home was also perfect.We could go straight out of the house and be on the beach just a few steps down. It was very comfortable, especially if we were to take a bath or just walk along the coast. We recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded place to stay with great views and comfort. It was the perfect holiday for our family and we look forward to coming back again!

We booked spontaneously with Jens. We are passionate golfers and we finally wanted to stay something special than just at the golf course. We found this!! The apartment in Los Alcázares was simply fantastic! The location directly on the sea promenade is unbeatable – enjoying the sunrise from the bed and terrace above the sea every morning was an absolute highlight. It's just incredible how beautiful this natural spectacle is when the morning sun flows into the lagoon. The apartment was very clean, perfectly equipped and super cozy. Ideal for relaxing walks along the promenade and just a few steps away from restaurants and cafes. We were also quickly on the Mediterranean by car, the perfect variety and rest. Jens was super friendly and always available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely be back!
