Had a great stay! The appt is really well located to walk into town, a stones throw from the station and parking right outside. Appt is very well laid out and beautifully designed and finished. Kirsty was a great host and very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pictures do not do this place justice, as it is much bigger than the pictures show. The annex was very clean and spotless. Ian & Katka (Hosts) were very proactive, friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile. The swimspa and hot tub are an absolute amazing feature of the property along with the balcony and views. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Stayed for a few days with my partner. Really needed some down time and where better than the middle of Dartmoor! Coincided with some beautiful weather so we were happy to make use of the lovely hot tub. We enjoyed exploring, climbed a couple of tors, rested up...and discovered that the Plume of Feathers in Princetown does a very nice takeaway pizza. Hols was very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. A lovely break.

I highly recommend a stay here. I was working away but I felt at home, all the amenities I needed. Thank you all the goodies for breakfast & tea making. Most welcome. A peaceful, secluded haven.

The studio served us very well for making it a base to travel the surrounding region. The amenities and comfort is truly 5-star. Simon and Theresa are excellent hosts and super friendly. They gave us some cool suggestions which made our trip perfect.

Brillant break with Mum too her to her old stomping grounds she felt young again. so peaceful and quiet we both slept like babies so wworth the money.

Sue's place was like a home from home. It had everything we needed and it was clean and cosy. It was in a peaceful location and the only sound we heard was the moos of the cows from the farm. It was the perfect base to explore Hope Cove, Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

I stayed at Pip's for 6 weeks whilst on a clinical placement. Pip was wonderful and so helpful. Any questions I had were answered so promptly and she really made my stay enjoyable. the studio itself was super cozy, and really spacious, even with the bed extended out. It had everything I wanted, the bathroom was lovely; by the end I didn't want to leave! Only a short drive to Dartmoor or Exeter we were spoilt for choice for how to spend the weekends. I'd recommend staying with Pip to anyone.

This was our third stay in The Nook. For us it's ideal for visiting various members of the family, so we don't tend to use Chudleigh's amenities much but there are some lovely shops and (family tell us!) good places to eat. The Nook is very comfortable and would be a great location from which to explore the area, plus Rosie and Mark are perfect hosts who make sure everything goes smoothly. We will definitely return!

Great location, friendly hosts, super clean and lovely spot

A really lovely clean lodge. Stephen was very quick at responding to messages. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. A bit of info that might be useful to others: we bought a 7 short stay pass from pool reception in order to use the pools and gym (£30 adults and £15 kids). There wasn’t a hair dryer so you might want to pack one!

This place is very accessible, all sloped from your car park area to small threshold on door to step over. Lovely clean, (all on one level), well equipped & kept accommodation. Very good furnishings & comfortable sofa & bed. Spacious rooms. Between Paignton & Dartmouth (via ferry). Host was very friendly & helpful & prompt replies when messaging.

A great stay for our break in Devon and perfect place to explore from. Pippa was great with communicating and flexible with timings.

Delightful accommodation in a beautiful rural location

Jacqui and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light and very spacious. A lovely gift of bread, milk, cereal, butter and marmalade was waiting for us. Jacqui even offered to pick up some gluten-free items for me. The location was ideal, with just a 10min walk to the city centre and cathedral one way and about a 10min walk to the quayside the other way. Off street parking was a great addition, but quite steep! Would recommend this accommodation as a great base to walk around the city and has easy access to main roads for exploring further afield.

Quiet well equipped location with easy access to town

This is the second time I stayed, and I have already booked my next stay with Peter. The accommodation is spacious, clean and easy to manage, and Peter was very responsive and helpful when I needed something.

We had an excellent 2-week stay at Tanya's place. We didn't see Tanya much, but she communicated with us well, and it was clear that she was happy to help out and improve our stay however she could if we needed it. There were some goodies provided for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. Relatedly, the house manual was also very helpful and included local recommendations. The TV was good quality, and Tanya provided an Amazon firestick. It was also easy for me to set up my PS5. We were sad to leave and would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Fantastic 3 night stay whilst undertaking an ecology field course. Clean, comfortable, lovely welcome hamper and Jackie was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Karen’s superb apartment. Everything was there and of the highest standard. We would love to return. Karen was so friendly and the apartment was so convenient with great parking in a beautiful Devon village.

We had a fantastic stay at Oakleigh View. Beautiful peaceful location, amazing welcome pack (including exciting items in the fridge!), very comfortable and had everything you could think of. The extra thoughtful touches were a lovely surprise. Great place to stay with our dogs. Would loved to have stayed a little longer! Barbara is an excellent host.

peter and sue were very friendly .. sue was there for check in and explained how everything worked. lots of leaflets for things to do in the area. The bungalow was pristine. Everything worked. bus stop just outside the property to go to the two in a few minutes. We would absolutely recommend this property and the lovely hosts.
