This space was warm, inviting and spacious. It has a beautiful view in a peaceful neighborhood. It is just on the outskirts of busy St. George, leaving you with a homey feeling, yet connected to everything you may need within minutes.

This was a beautiful, clean, and amazing place to stay. Gordon and LuAnn were proactive in contacting me with check-in details. The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding views were very pretty.

Perfect location, size of space, and amenities. We came to visit Zion and Cindy's place was perfect to rest after long days of exploring. The jetted tub was especially appreciated after 5 hours of the Narrows. Cindy communicated really well, everything was clean, and it was much better than staying in a hotel room.

Thank you so much for the hospitable and comfortable stay. We were so grateful to have a cozy space with spectacularly breath taking views to land. We took advantage of the full kitchen to make yummy meals after hiking the gorgeous Zion canyon. The hot tub was a perfect ending to treat our sore bodies. We enjoyed meeting Jim and our conversations with him. We would certainly love to visit again!

This was the perfect place to “get away” and relax for a girl’s weekend. We were actually here to work as a board for our NGO, but all work and no play makes life dull. Paul and Leslie were absolutely delightful. The lay out of their place worked perfectly for our needs and they were so friendly. We are already talking about going back for our next meeting.

We booked this on short notice. Joel was great to deal with. The place was stocked with lots of toys for the kids and had lots of bedding for the cold nights. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our last minute Zion trip. We were able to book easily and loved it so much we extended for two nights. Very pleasant 30min drive from the Zion visitor center and enjoyed the back-and-forth. Cool spots on the way to make it a fun trip. House has stunning views and cozy vibes. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, especially with the friendly orange cat keeping us company at sunset. Recommend keeping the window open at night for breeze.

This is a great location; not too close to the busy crush of traffic at Zion NP, a good respite to come home to. Especially loved the artistic concept of the River Rock Studio and how the theme carries through outside and inside. Also appreciated were Ethan's honest local restaurant recommendations, we ended up eating well. Loved coffee mornings ouside, and stargazing on the rock terrace

Amazing stay here! Beautiful neighborhood as well as bnb. Penny was very responsive and helpful. Many accommodations in the bnb and very thought through for the guests stay. Would recommend to others!

A wonderful casita to spend a few nights. Mindy has really put a lot of effort into the decor and everything is very tidy and beautiful. Communication went smoothly.

Shayla’s place was amazing! We loved all the amenities and how spacious it was. We were able to enjoy the grill and do lots of cooking in the kitchen. There was a great yard and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Host was super responsive and easy to reach, check-in was smooth, and the house was cute and clean. Highly recommend this place!! It is also only about a 30 minute drive from Zion NP.

Glenn’s place was very clean and organized. We felt very comfortable there. There was plenty of space and the outdoor area was beautiful. Glenn was a very responsive and friendly host. The setup was beautiful and everything worked perfectly. We loved the location as it was close to Zion and tons of restaurants but away from the crowdedness of the park. They have put a lot of love and care into their AirBnB and it shows. Their checkout process was also super easy, which we appreciated. They really have thought of everything you could want or need on vacation. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Glenn!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect location! We had some business to take care of in St. George and we were also able to spend time at Zion! Mitchell was incredibly friendly and responsive and the home was extremely clean. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Hosts were incredible! They are so thoughtful and kind! Whenever we had a question, they answered at lightning speed & took care of us! They gave us the best local recommendations & told us the activities going on! The space was perfection! It had everything we needed & more! We appreciated the location too. It is central to all the happening places. The hot tub outside was amazing. Soaking in hot suds with the clear & beautiful desert skies was amazing. We are planning to come back and stay again! This was a wonderful home to stay in to visit Zion national Park. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and a well equipped home. Richard was a great host, accommodating some of our needs that came up during our stay with ease and generosity. Would recommend!

It was perfect for our very short stay. We just needed a spot to sleep. Location was great, 15 minutes from Zion. The walls were thin and there were some roosters doing their thing very early in the morning. Was fine for us because we were getting up to head out, but for someone wanting to sleep in, it would not be ideal.

This spot had beautiful views, and a private entry and outdoor space. The interior was warm and welcoming and extremely clean.

This Airbnb was beautifully designed and well-equipped — from kitchen to hiking gear. The location in Virgin was ideal: close enough to Zion’s main trails, yet quiet and away from the crowds. The views of the mesas and direct access to the Virgin River made the setting especially memorable. Unique features like the onsite tepee added character to the property. Eric and Ellen have clearly put care into creating a space that feels connected to the landscape and its history. Communication with Eric was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Note that this is a downstairs unit with mostly hard flooring, so noise from the upstairs — footsteps, voices, vacuum — can be heard. There’s also an optional request to start laundry before checkout, mentioned in the listing and reiterated via message the day before, so guests may want to plan accordingly. Overall, we appreciated the care that went into this space and wish Eric continued success hosting in such a beautiful and unique location.

The casita was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location for lots of hiking and good food. April was very kind and communicated well. Loved the pumpkin chocolate chip bread at check in ! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Had a great stay while we were exploring Zion! About 30 minutes from the park with beautiful views! Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There were a couple things broken in the house that could be fixed/replaced, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Mike’s place was great! About a thirty minute drive from Zion, and a beautiful drive into the park. The space was clean and exactly like the pictures showed. Mike was incredibly responsive! Highly recommend!
