How is this a real place! Absolutely beautiful as soon as you hit the gate. Stayed here for a wedding at Crows Nest and all of us agreed we would stay here again. I put up a few photos on my socials and had several people ask where we were staying, it looked that enticing! Thank you Julie for opening up your beautiful home.

We stayed at Heather's place during Cyclone Alfred and whilst the weather was pretty wild at times the place felt very cosy. My son really loved all the animals around the property.

Amazing 360 views from top of the mountain, great mountain walks, at night you can see the Milky Way and no mobile phone reception was a blessed relief (wifi is available but preferred to go off grid). Camp fire in evenings and long walks in the day. Peace & Seclusion at it best.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, peaceful property! The home was cozy and inviting, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The open countryside views were stunning, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere. The friendly horse out the back was a delightful surprise and made our experience even more special. We were in the area for a wedding nearby, and this was the perfect place to unwind for the weekend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Our 2 young boys had the time of their lives taking alpacas for walks, feeding chickens, milking cows, riding horses, building a fire and exploring the farm. Great experience and the perfect setting to spend quality time with the family. Farmer Kath is so lovely and her hospitality is what makes the stay so great

My daughter & I could not thank our host enough for the kindness and flexibility and understanding. We had to escaped the Cycline Alfred with very short notice. Catherine allowed us to checked in early. No cleaning charge and we felt safe staying at Catherine’s place. Bless your heart for being so understanding and accommodating.

The Boundary Rider Cabin is a gorgeous farm stay with everything you need! The highland cows are a highlight with cow treats available to feed them. Couldn't recommend enough!

Jo & Justin’s tiny home was everything you could want for a relaxing weekend getaway with the dogs. Clean, comfortable & very cozy. We brought our own groceries & so appreciated the full sized fridge & freezer. The fridge had several beautiful relish’s stocked and local honey in the pantry. Highlights - the stars ✨ with no light pollution you can see the entire night sky. - dreamy skylight for falling asleep under the stars in main bedroom. - very comfortable beds & couch. - fire pit with plenty of firewood & kindling around. - rain shower & gold hardware in the bathroom and kitchen - so beautiful & luxurious. - fully fenced yard and lockable deck at night for the dogs - the horses coming and saying hello to us in the mornings 🥰 10/10, will be looking to book again soon!

Charming and beautifully renovated, this house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Julia and Tim are welcoming hosts and went to a lot of effort to make us feel right at home. Peaceful surrounds, birdsong and delightful sunsets make this stay a winner. Thankyou!

Spent 2 nights at the treehouse for our 10th wedding anniversary. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Spa has a fabulous view. Peta and Rob have a beautiful little hideaway that is relaxing and very private. Lots of thought gone into the little things. Robes hanging, picnic rug/basket, supplied breakfast 10/10 amazing weekend.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Nesting Post—a truly relaxing and tranquil retreat. The beautifully restored cottage was absolutely gorgeous, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the front verandah, watching the sky transform at sunset while listening to the abundant birdlife. Ros was a fantastic host, providing great recommendations for local walks. We completed both the Queen Mary Falls and Browns Falls walks, which were scenic and easily done in a few hours. For dining, we highly recommend the Railway Hotel in Allora for a delicious meal, and if you're looking for quality local produce, the Allora butcher is a must-visit. A perfect getaway—we’d love to return!

We had a lovely country stay. Lots of open spaces, wildlife and country charm to enjoy. The kids loved collecting eggs from the friendly chickens, and meeting Harry the dog. A beautiful location to relax and unwind. We will definitely stay again.

Such a great find! Even better than we expected. It’s cottage and cute but also so clean and comfortable. The small touches of flowers in earth room, eggs and staples in the fridge and pantry really made this stay special. The kids absolutely loved the animals and the space to run around. Highly recommended as a place to tune out and reconnect (we couldn’t figure out the TV but it was a blessing in the end!) Thank you Beth for all of your hospitality!

Wonderful home to stay in for our wedding in Towoomba. Sandra was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and plenty of space around. Thank you for having us!

We had a great experience staying at Sharni's place. You can feel that Sharni care about you through the way she communicates. The dirt road part got us excited and nervous a little. But it's not too hard to go through. The place was super clean. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated. While the location is off the grid, it amazed us that the internet signal is very good. All in all, it's a place where you can escape from your hectic lives (like ours). Pro tips, her animals love carrots. I wish I knew this before so I could take more carrots with us. It is the only let down. Thanks Sharni for the amazing experience.

This is by far the most beautiful farm stay, the house was beautifully furnished, had everything you need, the surrounds were breathtaking, the animals were so beautiful. if you're looking to slow down, feel like you're living the farm lifestyle this is the number one stop in my books.
