Welcome to our lovely cottage in Arrild holiday town. The house consists of entrance hall, kitchen and living room out in one with wood-burning stove and heat pump, new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a lovely natural plot, where from the living room/terrace you can often see deer and squirrels and at the same time there is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping and playground. Charming apartment in the old grocery store. The 85 m2 apartment is located in the Southern Jutland town of Arrild, close to Ferieby, summer houses, swimming pool and shopping facilities. Grocery, restaurant, mini golf, playground, fishing lake as well as ample opportunity for walking/running and bike rides. The house has a heatpump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, cable TV, wifi and trampoline in the garden. The house is clean and tidy. Consumption of electricity and water is charged at the end of the stay. Cleaning can be done yourself and leave the house as received or purchased at 750kr.

The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cosy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is just outside the door, and if you are to the Black Sun there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. Enjoy the tranquility and lovely surroundings of Arrild with the whole family in this stylish home. Our house in Arrild is a true gem located in a small "pocket" of trees and therefore very secluded in its location. The house with its 4 double beds can easily accommodate 8 people while being able to retreat and gain privacy. With the rental of the house comes access to the nearby water park for up to 8 people, just show the bath card, and you are allowed into the water park.
