Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This was my second stay at Jane's place as it's perfect for what I needed: it's super clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Despite being in a residential area, it's very quiet. It's ideal for my regular trips to college for block release.

Boobo's place was as described; modern, clean and convenient for the Elizabeth Line. Boobo was very responsive and helpful but perhaps some written instructions for appliances and the wifi code would have meant I didn't have to message him so many times! Otherwise a great experience.

This was our first family vacation to London and Nick’s place was our home base for the entire week. We really fell in love with Balham and traveling via the tube to pretty much anywhere was easy as the station is about a 6 minute walk. The space was perfect for my wife and I and our 13 year old son. The weather didn’t allow us to take full advantage of the back patio but the big glass doors and remodeled kitchen were great. Beds weee comfortable but after our busy days it was pretty easy to sleep anywhere. The most challenging thing for us Americans was trying to figure out the combo washer/dryer. I still don’t think we mastered it. Nick was able to accommodate our early check in request. Great restaurants and pubs near by and Nick was able to steer us well. So glad we stayed here over trying to be in some of the central London neighborhoods.

The house is 5 min walk to 2 different tube lines. Easy to get. Spacious and clean and Mark is very helping

Elen and Nick are truly super hosts and their Battersea flat is a gem. The location, building, furniture, amenities and decorating are among the best we’ve experienced in London. They are friendly, responsive and made check in easy. We look forward to future visits!

Perfect location to see the New Year celebration and access local attractions. Whilst the apartment was great and all in a super clean and working order - the stay was really made very pleasant because of Muhammad, super chap and very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay, the house has a lovely homely feel and it’s a great space with kids. Sophie was incredible at communicating and was so friendly, she made our stay seamless and made us feel extremely relaxed. Highly recommend!

What can we say about our stay at the Annex other than it was simply terrific. So peaceful and quiet. It is exactly as pictured and Laura is a wonderful host. The Annex was the perfect location for us: close to Bushy Park for running in a beautiful setting (and seeing the King's deer), great amenities like groceries, shops, restaurants, pubs all within a short walk, easy access to the Hampton Court train station for a 40 minute ride into London Waterloo. Our kids loved it. We were calling it "Home" during our visit and we miss it already. We can't imagine coming to the London area again and not staying here.

The property was just as described - really easy to access and having the parking space was fantastic in central Canterbury. The team were really quick to respond to queries and super helpful! The main town is just a 5 minute walk with everything really close by which suited our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend.

We highly recommend this Airbnb. Very comfortable,spacious, great central location and quiet. Having a parking space and EV charger was also a big bonus for us. The team running it was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We recommend future guests to have a coffee at Ikigai Coffee on Queens Road.

Our stay at Mark and Dee’s lovely home was wonderful. The location was truly perfect and completely convenient —lots of shops and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the central line. The home was beautiful with modern appliances, a lovely back garden, and enough space for our entire family to have their own bedrooms and baths. Lastly, Mark and Dee were always responsive and ready to help with any questions and or concerns that we may have had during our stay. We will definitely be staying at Mark and Dee’s again in the future.

We stayed during January and the house was warm and cosy. Parking on the drive was useful and the location is great. Local buses go regularly into Brighton. House was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great location and an apartment that felt warm and inviting. Very well equipped with all necessities. Tatyana was incredibly quick to respond with any questions and was very helpful. The only issue for my elderly father was the stairs to the bathroom, quite challenging for an older person or a person with limited mobility.

Me and my family had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the house was. The hosts Ghini and Renata were incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions pertaining to the house for easy check-in and check-out which were very helpful. The house itself was just perfect. Spacious, tastefully decorated to match the Christmas and New Year vibe, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area was very relaxing – it was clear a lot of thought and care went into making the space both stylish and functional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and functional place in London. Thank you to Ghini and Renata for allowing me and my family to stay at their beautiful house. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location and tidy place. Noise outside is a bit disturbing but not a big deal.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

The place was spotless, spacious, well maintedand and well equipped. The host was prompt in responding to our queries. The view was amazing and we absolutely loved our stay.

Lovely stay! Easy check in and the flat was as described with everything you could need. Teresa was always on hand for any questions. Some lovely touches in the place :)

Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, bright, quiet and well located close to transportation and shopping. Check in/out was seamless. Communication with Noah was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
