Vacation rentals with beach access in Tolo

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and functional and the views are stunning. We loved having our breakfasts in the sun on the terrace. And on top of all that, the welcome is super warm.

We were greeted with lots of thoughtful little touches on arrival. We had a wonderful family stay with our two children. George is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this place. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, ideal for a quiet breakfast before going to visit the nearby archaeological sites. The apartment looks clean and well cared for. 100% recommended if you are looking to stay near Micenas, Nauplia and Epidaureo with access to the nearby beaches

We had an amazing time at Antonis Place. Especially the view was stunning and his father Theodoros made sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely recomend staying at Antonis Place. If we have the possibility to come back in the future we will!

Theocharis is a wonderful host and was very communicative. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach, close to different types of restaurants, and in General Tolo is about 15-20 minutes drive from Nafplio. In addition the house is very big, and would easily fit to large families. The only thing that was a bit challenging is the mosquitoes during our stay. I would emphasize that almost every window has a mosquito net installed, which made it much better to handle this case. Highly recommended!

If you want to experience the true Greek hospitality in Nafplio, this is the place to stay. I spent 5 nights at this lovely house, and I felt like this was my home in Nafplio. Upon arrival, Kosta and Eleni were waiting for me at the front. There was a home-made cake and cookies from Eleni and a bottle of wine produced by a local winery. The place was equipped with everything, and impeccably clean. What impressed me the most was that, immediately upon entering the house, I could tell that they really care about the house and the guest’s stay. They were always available if I had any questions. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town, which I always left my car in front of the house. The area is extremely safe at all hours. They both live upstairs with their family, so I felt very safe while having the entire house to myself. I will definitely stay at Kosta’s house the next time I visit Nafplion. Amazing stay at Athina’s villa! Very beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea from the terrasse. Athina was very responsive!

The place is brilliant, the equipment of the cottage is very rich, a great view from the terrace to the sea, and to the beach a few minutes walk. A great place to recommend :)

When I come back to Nafplio I will repeat here. just 10 minutes away by car, quiet, beautiful, relaxed, with barbecue, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen... everything you need!

Really good place to stay in Napflio, with a very nice terrace. The location is wonderful, it’s 5 minutes walk from the sintagma plaza, we walked everywhere!!! It’s also really close to the beach. It’s just perfect for 5 people. ❤️

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos. The host greeted us and showed us around. In the room itself there were many extras such as bread, cookies, chocolate, water, spread. Some good restaurants are within walking distance.

Vasiliki was very hospitable. The accommodation has an ideal location for visiting the area. The stay was perfect

We were satisfied with the accommodation, we stayed here for 10 days. There is a half privàt beach in front of the listing, which is very nice and calm, and there are shaded areas from noon. There are lots of good beaches nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was possible in a closed courtyard, which is also an advantage. We were with a baby, we also got a crib, a high chair, and a tub. And the proximity to the beach made it very easy. The property and its garden are clean and well-kept. It also has a cozy little garden. We'd love to come back and recommend it to others:)

Our stay was in total quite good and the apartment was as they described it to us. It is fully renovated and especially the bathroom is very very good. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and raw materials for cooking such as oil, but pepper, etc. However, the space is not well insulated at all, so it is difficult to sleep at night since the neighbor stayed until 02:00 in the morning on his terrace and the speeches could be heard in the room. The door also has a window that can't be covered so light gets into the room and it's extremely difficult to be able to sleep on the couch. The couch is not at all convenient for sleeping as you feel the irons underneath. The neighbors smoked from the morning in so you couldn't open a window as the smoke came in. The internet also has a serious issue as speeds are minimal to non-existent.

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!

Georgia was very responsive and explained in detail how to self check in and check out. The apartment is a spacious corner unit, clean and well appointed. All the small kitchen appliances were there and some more. The location is 5 min walk to the pedestrian city center with boutiques and restaurants. We loved it.
