Wonderful, pristine accommodation with friendly and helpful hosts. Just like the photos and located in a tucked away peaceful neighborhood. You can easily reach three different subway lines (5-10 minute walk) making it easy to get around the city. The real joy for us was exploring the area. In ten minutes you can access the Meiji shrine which will take you to Shibuja or stroll through Gyoen gardens to get to shinjuku. The place itself is amazing and we loved returning to our home at night. Well appointed and comfortable, the amazing sauna and shower area made it feel like a spa vacation. Looking forward to returning someday.

It is very close to the station and the room is spacious, so it is good for families to come together. From check-in to check-out with friendly instructions and quick replies, it was easy to do.

Nice apartment with all appliances you need on a trip. Location is great - near metro that take you directly to airport (nrt or hnd) or directly to some tourist attractions :)

Super comfy beds and a great, quiet neighborhood

Airbnb was great! A lot of stuff nearby! Even the trains were nearby. Host was very responsive. Id definitely stay here again. I say this airbnb is great for 4 people. Even though it can fit up to 6. Thanks for the great hospitality.

A very spacious and comfortable space in Nakano City. It is right on a very busy street, but luckily we are heavy sleepers so the traffic noise that came through the windows at night did not bother us. There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores/convenience stores within a 1-5 minute walk of the Airbnb which was great. Easy location to catch taxis or Ubers to get to other places in Tokyo. The inside is incredibly spacious - there were three of us, two stayed on one floor and the third on another. When we were inside our rooms, we could not hear one another. The stairs are narrow so the elevator was extremely convenient for taking our luggage up and down the floors. It was really cold when we visited Tokyo - the first floor (kitchen area) was chilly even with the heat on due to high ceilings but the bedrooms were very cozy when the doors were closed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Sauna/shower floor was great. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great home to use for my first time in Japan. Be prepared for the haul of luggage up the stairs. Beautiful home very great host!

Haru has been a great host, being very responsive throughout the stay and checking in on our comfort frequently. It's a pleasant location with many amenities within a few minutes walking distance. The weather was very cold during the stay and the sauna was useful. Overall very pleased with the stay and would highly recommend.

I was really lucky to be able to choose this Airbnb in Shinagawa Ward for this Tokyo trip!It is necessary to share my check-in experience well for everyone. This home is perfect for ease of transportation.It was only a 3 minute walk from the nearest tram station, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly easy.Whether it's going to the bustling Shinjuku shopping or going to the historic Asakusa Temple, you can quickly get to it via the convenient tram line.Going out every morning, without rushing to get on the road, easily walk to the tram station for a great day of travel. Plus the host, it's really warm and thoughtful.After my booking was successful, the host contacted me proactively, asked carefully about my arrival time and provided a detailed route guide from the airport to the house, and I was able to read easily even when I came to Tokyo for the first time.On the day of check-in, the host also personally came to meet me at the tram station to help me with my luggage, and introduced me all the way to the surrounding living facilities, like supermarkets and restaurants, so I became familiar with this unfamiliar environment.During my stay, I had any issues and the host was able to respond and help resolve it in a timely manner, which made me feel the warmth of my home. The layout of the room is also very warm and comfortable, clean and fully furnished.Every detail is taken care of, and you can tell the host's attention. This Airbnb stay in Shinagawa, Tokyo was fantastic, and the convenience of transportation and the hospitality of the host added many good memories to my trip.I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Tokyo!

It takes about 2-30 minutes on foot from Ikebukuro Station and the accommodation. That's why the surroundings were quiet and comfortable. I was so grateful that you thoughtfully adjusted the check-in and out. It was so convenient that you took care of your luggage after check-in, and it was very nice that the host responded quickly and kindly. It's divided into 3 rooms, so it's very easy for several friends to stay This is the place I want to use again the next time I travel nearby.

Mitsuko’s home in Nakano is a fantastic choice for a traveler in Japan. Not only is it incredibly close to two different train stations, the areas surrounding them are active with a variety of shopping, food, and bar options. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Shinjuku from Mitsuko’s house, including the walk to the station. And that’s just the perks of the location! Her home is clean and beautiful. All of the plant life makes it a gorgeous space, and her decor only adds. The bathing area is wonderful, including an in-bathroom sauna system! Mitsuko has a lovely little kitchen setup that was never short of coffee and tea free for her tenants to enjoy. As if this weren’t enough, she treats her tenants with a variety of breakfast goodies from day to day. Sometimes it was a quick bite of local fruit, with others being heartier meals. Sometimes be aware she has two cats that enjoy wandering the house and rooms. For me, this was a bonus! You can’t go wrong staying with Mitsuko!

The hidden gem of the trip. Both her house (designed by her who is an architect) and its detail to make you comfortable, her kindness and her closeness was a gift. One day he prepared dinner and it was something really great every detail. For me, recommended for comfort, by quiet area, beautiful house and above all for the experience. Also, good internet, we go incredible, possibility of fridge, cleaning, dryer. Highly recommended.
