Excellent success! It was a very clean and pleasant stay. Parking was right in front and luggage in and out was a breeze. It was fully equipped with amenities, especially with many outlets, which was helpful. We are very grateful to you for the flexibility of the parking lot and the number of guests. Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Lots of space, great for 2-4 peeps. Short walk to lots of great food options. Restaurants closer to Kos place have less tourist upcharge. Funky shops and fashion around orange Street is always interesting. Ko was responsive and always had clear instructions. Would recommend.

Just stayed for 3 nights. The place was good - a little older property but it was clean and well equipped. The place was conveniently just a few minutes walk to the Yamanote line station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and if you like, or want to try, Myanmar cuisine you are in luck - there are 3 or 4 restaurants serving it. The Ozeki supermarket is close by - it is well stocked with fresh foods.

Incredible stay, would have loved to have stayed longer and use their outside bbq!

It was the same accommodation as the description, and we were two men, and we had a really comfortable stay. The host responded quickly, so I traveled to Japan for the first time, but whenever I asked a question, he kindly answered me and I think I went on a pleasant trip. If I come to Japan again next time, I'll visit. Thank you.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

Great location. Lots of space. Good communication, very responsive. Bath was nice, and view out of the windows was a nice feature. Sometimes we could hear the noise late at night from the bar across the hall, but it wasn’t too bad. Definitely recommend.

It is a high value room, recommended for large families and dogs.

The place is just perfect, we were 3 large people over 1.80 meters each and more than 100kg and we slept great, there was plenty of space for us and our suitcases (there were 6 and 3 backpacks) konbini 1 minute walk away and bus routes very close! and an incredible price, for 4 nights we pay around 30 usd per person per night.

Was a spacious place for two. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Was a few stations from all the sites and getting around wasn't very difficult. The only thing to be mindful of is there isn't an elevator, so if you have any accessibility concerns might be challenging. Overall we had a wonderful time and Harumi was an amazing host!

I had an excellent stay-- I felt right at home here. I'm a solo travler, so I had plenty of room. It's walking distance from the Enoshima station for easy access to the area. The island is walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby-- if you're planning to prepare your own meals--the kitchen has all you need. I also had Zoom calls and the wifi did great. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat 5/5.

Great value. Awesome spot—within walking distance to the Gion district. Convenience stores, supermarket and great Indian restaurant also within walking distance. Easy check in and friendly host. We would love to visit again someday.

Our family of four stayed for six nights, and we had a great experience. The owner provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the subway, which was just a few minutes' walk away. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Kuromon Market and a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori—close to most attractions but still quiet at night. She even offered free luggage storage downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment is a typical Japanese-style unit: small but clean and comfortable, fitting the four of us and our luggage perfectly. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

It is a relatively convenient location to go to Kansai Airport, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara, and the subway station is right next door, so transportation was good. It was close to Osaka Castle, so it was good for running. Don Quijote is nearby, and there is also a big mart, so it's a good location for shopping. This was a great place to stay for 4 days.

The location is excellent, the bus ride is super convenient, there is a super merchant, the room is clean and tidy, the stairs are a little steep, it's a little hard to carry your luggage, but not a drawback, I will definitely stay there again next time.
