It is well located, very close to the fairground, bus terminal and downtown. Access is very comfortable and we feel safe all the time. Just as an observation, beware of food. Leave a paddle on the table and then there were a lot of ants. Overall it was a good stay, highly recommended! ✨️

We liked the stay very much, since the depa was clean, the bathrooms too. And the location is not far from different attractions. María Fernanda was attentive from the beginning and the information was punctual.

It is a good location, it is really very good if you bring a car because you have the control of the gate to go out when you wanted, that the truth is very good not to disturb the security guard. The elevator is for two people but quite functional, on the last day we left early and it was not working but it was probably not in use hours. The facilities are very good, it has everything you need, screen in the room with roku then you can see what you want and put your accounts. The bad thing if you like to watch TV before sleeping is that you don't have a screen in the room, but nothing that changes the score. In general it also has little light then it is compensated in the mornings if you open the windows. Very happy, we would come back again. Thank you!

All the staff and the owners were very helpful at all times, the facilities were very good and as described. It's a nice place with history. In Puebla you can get around by Uber without problems. Close to downtown.
