Vacation rentals with a patio in Tiruvannamalai

Eva‘s place exactly matches the pictures in the description. The apartment is really spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets (however in one of them the flush didn’t work, the host promised to fix it, but it was not done during my stay. Luckily there was another one, so it didn’t cause much troubles). Overall it’s a great value for the money considering the size of the apartment and the access to the spacious rooftop. Recommend this place.

The host was very reponsive and helpfull. They were continuously in touch with us till we reached location. They arranged us bike for rent was very helpful and really very much cheaper. People who are willing to do Giripradakshinam can utilise that. They recommended us some local places to visit. Kitchen was very clean and well maintained. Waterfilter, refrigerator, washing machine. They had given the bike even after check out and unfortunately it bacame late to come back but still they were very humble and charged nothing. Overall a good experience and highly recommend.

Well maintained room

That was a good stay at gitam residency, it would be better if having some cooking things since the hotels are 1.5 km away , but the house was clean and host is responsive , good owner and peace location

Deepak and Geetha are great hosts and they have a perfect place in Tiruvannamalai. It's a short scooter ride to all the sights around Arunachala and yet it feels secluded and far away from all the chaos and noise of the town. The view of Arunachala from the roof is simply outstanding and seeing peacocks, crows, woodpeckers, a miniature owl, and a variety of other birds around the property made for many memorable moments over 10 days. Inside most everything seemed brand new and spotless and the Wi-Fi and AC worked well. Cannot recommend the place or the hosts enough.

So unexpected, to find such a luxurious place to stay in Tiru. Cleanliness was immaculate, facilities extraordinary. Kumar and his family made everything smooth, from the wonderful food and chais, to the arrival and departure.
