Vacation rentals with beach access in Timmendorfer Strand-Niendorf

The apartment was really very nice and stylish as well as perfectly equipped. The beach was quick and within walking distance. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and therefore perfect for a few days off. We immediately felt very comfortable and would come back any time.

We felt very comfortable in the very tastefully furnished apartment! It has everything you need, for kids there is a travel cot, high chair and toys. Thanks to its central location, you can quickly reach the beach and the city, and the bakery and supermarket are minutes away. Lars is a great host, available for all questions and very friendly in communication - we will be happy to come back :-)

Gladly come back! Hosts super nice and even picked us up from the train station. Everything was clean and relatively new, little signs of use. It was perfect for a trip to the thermal baths and very close to the beach for walks. Kitchen was also well equipped. Overall a very nice, recommended stay!!

The apartment is centrally located, just one street from the beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. Nevertheless, it is very quiet there with a sunny balcony overlooking the countryside. You will find everything you need in the apartment. There is also an elevator so you don't have to carry the suitcases up. Unfortunately, the parking in front of the house for our car was very narrow.

Larissa's place was excellent. Totally clean, nicely furnished and a great location. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

So I was able to solve a problem myself hand in hand. Your apartment is great. The balcony must be a dream on sunny days. One day we brought a frozen pizza with us… I read the instructions: „… oven…“ There's only a microwave? No way! A mega-combi unit!!! Thanks so much for the champagne reception, too! Thank you for the wonderful time in the Reiterkate. We wanted a quiet New Year's Eve for our dogs and are happy that it worked out so well. A very idyllic farm in a great location and in summer certainly even more beautiful than it already is. :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt comfortable right from the start! So much love for detail and just a stone's throw away from the sea with fantastic sunset.

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

We spent the turn of the year in this cozy Airbnb in Dahme and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the dog beach was right nearby – perfect for our four-legged friend. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Grömitz! Bettina's apartment was perfect for us as a family with a baby and toddler, the location is fantastic, we were right on the promenade and in general the area invites for many, family-friendly getaways. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a small, functional kitchen that offers everything you need. Also the 2 separated bedrooms were worth gold for us. Communication with Bettina was very warm, straightforward and very reliable from the beginning, no question remained unanswered. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Great location with sun, windlessness and inland waters on the terrace side and the sea across the street. we enjoyed the sun on the terrace very much. Delicious wine and good advice right outside the door in the wine bar. Very tastefully decorated, cute apartment. For our taste, the bed was a little bit hard, but we also sleep very softly. The walls to the secondary apartments are thin (take earpax with you). We liked it all around – we had a nice holiday weekend :) . Tip for the surrounding area: take bikes with you or rent them

Beautiful stay with sea views We had a very nice time in the apartment on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the sea view simply fantastic – waking up every morning overlooking the water was very special. Everything was very pleasant and we felt completely comfortable. Also the host was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Ute and Günter:) We would come back anytime!

The apartment is lovingly and personally furnished, we felt very comfortable immediately. Everything is available, there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is also super nice. The sunsets are sensational. Particularly noteworthy is that 2 bikes could be used. We did great bike tours, including to Laboe, always along the beach with great views. The house is large, but we met only a few, exclusively nice people. The hosts were very warm and welcomed us nicely and explained everything well. We would use the apartment again anytime.

The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen including electrical appliances is super modern and well equipped. The view is very nice. Only about 100 m from the apartment were charging points for my ID 7, the others are only about 800 m away. That's really great and worth mentioning.

The 9 days in the great apartment and the beautiful surroundings were a full of pleasure for us! Whether on foot, public transport or by car, you can easily reach the city center and the surrounding area (e.g. Wismar). Thanks again to the host!

we had a very nice time in this apartment. The view is unbeatable and the location is great. Delicious fish rolls right outside the door, the beach in sight and heavenly quiet at night. The apartment exactly matches the description and the photos, the communication was excellent and the check-in manual was super uncomplicated and the balcony door was not too much of a challenge thanks to the video. We were very well managed and will certainly be back. ♥️
