The apartment is impeccable, totally in line with the photos, and the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, the most complete I've seen on Airbnb! We stayed for four nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 3, 5 and 8 years. The house is furnished beautifully in traditional Moroccan style and decorated with many ornaments, curios, and artworks. We were shocked on arrival by the property's palatial appearance, but soon settled in with the help of the guardian Mohammed and housekeeper Habiba. We thought it was self-catering but were informed by the host that if we bought the food then Habiba would cook for us. The cooking was to a high standard with extra luxuries like homemade cake, but what is prepared relies on what you provide and your instructions. We requested traditional Moroccan food. Mohammed and Habiba could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Mohammed is on call for any needs like taxis. The extensive garden of established plants and trees is illuminated by lanterns at night. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The kids loved the swimming pool but must be supervised. Better than any hotel.

We had wonderful days at this fantastic estate. We would like to emphasise how the whole team on site took care of us. From admission to hospitality to friendliness, everything was fabulous. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Great Airbnb !! The apartment was very comfortable and spacy for 4 people. Mehdi was very helpful and showed us everything after meeting us in front of the building for the check in. Definitely coming back here next time in Ouarzazate 😊👍

We were delighted by "the house of the birds". This vast mansion is embellished with stunning ornaments and beautifully furnished. It's a real little palace! We also really enjoyed Aziza's meals, which are as great as they are delicious. Finally, Marie was always very available and quick to answer our many questions. In short, we loved our stay in this place. It's a dream vacation home!

We were here for five nights and we're very comfortable. We prepared meals in the kitchen and enjoyed walking into the city. We also took day trips into the mountains and oasis nearby. It was a great place to stay.

Anass is a responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is well located , you can access all your needs within a 20 minutes walk. The listing description matches and everything is functional. The wifi works very well and you have everything on the TV ( YouTube, Netflix, Amazone Prime,...) It's just missing cooking utensils like plates. As Anass says it's quite cold in winter but you have several plaids available so it's fine. Otherwise it is a very good place. Thank you Anass
