Townhome vacation rentals in Tillamook County

Happy to find this lovely house during our Oregon Coast trip. Manzanita is one of our favorite spots, and this home made our trip comfy and welcoming. We'd love to come back with relatives!

Hillary’s cottage was perfect! It was such a quaint little area and the cottage was adorable with every amenity one could think of. The colors and beach theme added to the coziness and overall experience!

Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

A very delightful stay! Townhome was very well kept with all things in good working order. Good communication from host. Enjoyed the proximity to the sand and water, literally a couple of minutes away through a little trail pretty much out of the front door. Pacific City is such a charming coastal gem with an easy drive to Lincoln City or up to Tillamook!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. Thank you so much!!!

Very nice clean place. Some things could use sprucing up to bring them up to the level of the rest of the place. Kitchen stove was broken, ceiling fan didn't work (maybe batteries in remote?), Nice looking electric fireplace wasn't useable.

Choice location in a charming town.

This place was a great find! For the price range we could pay, I felt that it was hard to find one that had a head-on view of the ocean - a lot of places seemed to have a sideways view with the patios facing north/south. We felt very comfortable in the condo - everything is clean, up-to-date and fairly new. The only thing that we ding is the bed we slept in - we were in the room closest to the ocean and it was way too soft for us. And the one surprise we had is that we didn't realize it was 3 flights of stairs to the top where the kitchen and living room were - this was probably in the description on the Airbnb website, but I missed it and would have probably packed our cooler lighter so it wouldn't be so heavy ;) Other than that, we had great weather and good time checking Rockaway Beach out! I will be saving this place in my files to stay there again :)

We all had the best time at Beach break vacation rental. Everyone loved the watercraft in the garage. We even caught 5 fish in the lake. The house and scenery are beautiful. We would definitely stay again. The house has everything you need to cook a good meal and enjoy your family. Everything was clean. When we arrived the barbecue was at a propane but within 30 minutes they delivered a full bottle of propane.

The place was amazing, unfortunately our car got broke into and window broken! Stuff happens we loved the townhouse though!

Stayed here for Christmas 2024 and it was perfect! We comfortably fit two couples, a baby, and two dogs. The house was well stocked with basics and all appliances were in good condition for cooking. The TV could be updated as the screen was glitchy, but with the beach a 5 minute walk away, we didn’t use the TV much. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable home that we would definitely stay at again!

My wife, three others, and I stayed here from November 27 to 30, 2024, for a Thanksgiving getaway. The location is about three-quarters of a mile north of the charming little town of Manzanita on the coast. It’s a quiet and beautiful area with a wonderful beach to explore. The duplex is situated just north of town, and we all loved the house. It is fairly new, very clean, and well-appointed. The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are on the second floor, while the other two bedrooms are downstairs. Unlike many rentals, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and necessary items. Additionally, the bedrooms are equipped with plenty of towels, and there are many fun games available. One downside is that parking is very limited. There is only one spot outside the garage, which can accommodate a very small car. If you have another vehicle, it will need to be parked on a street about 50 yards away, and it would also have to be very small.

Beautiful surroundings! The house is great! There is a lot of stairs but they were ok for us. The food choices around were not very good in our opinion. It is right across the street from a convenience store, which is very nice. The coffee maker was amazing and the coffee supplied was yummy! We could not find any instructions to the house as far as check out instructions so we just did the usual of what other rentals ask.

Wonderful place to stay. Rachel was very communicative and a very kind host. Would stay here again. The place was just like in the photos and it was a perfect place to relax.

We had an incredible stay at Brent’s beach townhome! The view was stunning, the place was spotless, and Brent even left us some snacks to enjoy. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and truly went above and beyond—like when we had a power outage one night due to the wind. Brent checked in proactively and made sure we were taken care of. The beds were super comfortable, and all of Brent’s local recommendations were delicious. Even the in-laws were impressed! Overall, we felt truly valued as guest and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Close enough to walk to a few local restaurants and shops. Very spacious 3 bedrooms, comfortable for 4 people (a couple and 2 kids to have their own rooms). Great game room with air hockey and basketball. We stayed during the off season, which made it very peaceful and there wasn't any crowds or lines.

Mallorie’s townhouse is gorgeous! The views from the west facing side of the house are stunning - my dogs loved to watch the boats on the ocean from the couch. The decor is peaceful and uncluttered, the beds are cozy, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking at the ocean and the arcade game in the garage was great too! Everything was perfect - we had a fun, relaxing time and would absolutely return.

5 stars are not enough! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas together on Tillamook Bay. We had a huge storm roll in while we were there and got to enjoy all of nature's shenanigans from the warm, safe, comfort of the home. There were extra blankets everywhere to snuggle up in, and a fantastic window seat facing the bay to watch all the weather action. We absolutely loved the place! They went through the trouble of decorating the house with a Christmas tree and greenery over the mantel, and holiday table linens, and they even had dog dishes set out for us when we arrived. They thought of everything. It was the nicest Christmas vacation we have ever taken together. Kudos to the hosts, they really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

If this home is available, book it. You won’t be disappointed! We are fairly well traveled, Airbnb hosts. Upon entering Sharla’s we were pleasantly surprised. Beach homes can often feel dated and over used, but this home is not that. Linens feel fresh and new, beds and furnishings top notch and we slept incredibly well. Sharla’s home went above and beyond expectations. She has thought of every detail! We have only applause for this fabulous property. Thank you Sharla. We most certainly will be back!

Our family made an impromptu visit to Manzanita and Laneda Landing was the perfect place to land for an evening. Tom was kind to help us check in early so we could enjoy the beach. Nature had different ideas and a storm kept us inside. We found cozy blankets, books, and a wonderful hot tub. Despite a tight footprint, the home feels spacious with enough space for everything we needed for our stay. Everything was easy to use, clean, and well designed. Our kids loved the bunkroom. Lastly, the location was perfect, allowing us to roll out bed and walk a block to our favorite breakfast restaurant before it got busy. Thanks for everything, Tom!

we had 6 people staying all together. there was plenty of room and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are attending an event at the nearby casino. Dawn was a great host and communicated perfectly.
