Six of us spent a week in Maaike's house and felt like at home. A modern, beautifully decorated house with every comfort in a very quiet location. Particularly noteworthy was Maaike's father, who was responsible for check-in and other matters - he was very friendly and took very nice care of us! Thank you so much for that:-) We would like to recommend the house and would definitely go back.

The location was perfect, close to Efteling and Tilburg, making it super convenient to explore the area. What a wonderful weekend in Coudewater farm!!! We were warmly welcomed by Rian and Ad. The house was super nice and sparkling clean and was the ideal base for cycling in the Loonse and Drunense dunes. A perfect place to relax and unwind, we can only recommend it. Dagmar & Nicole

We really enjoyed the lovely house during a winter stay. It’s rural, so from the house you can start many delightful walks, spending hours outdoors! The house is comfortable and tidy; the hosts are kind and responsive. Villages, supermarkets, restaurants are near. WIFI functions well; central heating too. The garden edges on a road crossing with medium traffic; no issue during winter, yet for summer stays good to know. Would recommend!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was a very pleasant stay! We specifically picked out Jannae's house because we wanted to catch up as a group of friends of 4 and didn't have a lot of plans to leave. In the end, we went for a walk on the Loonse and Drunense dunes, which is less than a 10-minute drive, and we visited Den Bosch on Sunday after check-out and that is also nearby. It is a nice warm house, the shower is good, you have many rooms so with 4 friends each had their own room. The cat comes next to you and was playful and the chickens are nice to look at. There is a good supermarket nearby and a bakery next to it. Something to take into account: taller people may not fit well in the beds. I am 1m90 and I was lucky enough to be able to lie in the double bed. Absolutely no showstopper for this fantastic house, but probably nice to know if you bring a bit longer company.

We had a fantastic time at this place! For five days we were allowed to relax here as a group of 5 friends, and it couldn't have been better. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and hospitable – we felt at home from the beginning. The house itself was perfectly equipped and very cozy. An absolute highlight for us was the hot tub – pure luxury and just right for unwinding after a long day. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for the great time!
