The place is beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood. We had been in two that a deluge fell in Brazil and we discovered it is in a high area, so we didn't have any inconvenience to spend the day.

The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, and have been very helpful and flexible since our first conversation. The place is very quiet, the house is very good and spacious, but it needs some minor repairs. It has a good kitchen, but we miss many utensils. The house has a beautiful swimming pool however, because it is one of the biggest attractions of the house, in our opinion it deserved to have some support equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas etc. but in general our stay at the house was very good

an amazing place, very cozy, beautiful, only "difficulty" was the trip, because it was a place a little away and the GPS sent it to a different place, but getting there, it compensated for every anger that the GPS caused to pass.

The stay was great. The residence matches the listing and the host and co-hosts are kind and respond very quickly, as well as being flexible in relation to check-in time and etc. In fact, by warning that the two available parasols were broken, the host himself went to the house to take two new ones and proved proactive during the stay at the house. I recommend the site and would return without a doubt!

The period we stayed in the house was perfect, the house very clean and organized the bed liners and the perfect and smelling towels, a perfect place to rest, the very clean pool, not to mention the little corner with a sanctuary that conveys a lot of peace. The very attentive and helpful hosts indicate...there is, the kitchen has everything you can imagine( filter with ice water, oven, microwave, barbecue, Airfryer, minibar at last.

She was very attentive prior to arriving at the apartment, the person in charge received us super well and upon entering everything was very clean and impeccable. The excellent location, supermarket and super nearby pharmacy. One and a half from the beach. Recommended, I would come back!

The apartment is new, well decorated, well equipped and well located. Access to the garage is difficult, especially for larger cars.

Two great suites, with large showers in the bathrooms of the bedrooms and with air conditioned working very well, living room and kitchen integrated with air also, the apartment manages to be even better in person than in the ad, it is a little distant from the center so we went by car but everything according to the descriptions of the ad, for sure if it is for itapema I will be in that apartment again!

well located place, to walk to the beach, market. The apartment is nice to stay, there is space on the ground floor for storing chairs and sun umbrellas, the cabinet has a key, a foot washing space not to climb full of sand into the apartment. the garage is great, and the hostess is very attentive.

We had a nice stay, the apartment is just like the pictures, the only criticism is having no WIFI even though you are aware before booking.

The location of the apartment is great, close to the sea and close to all commerce, restorants, markets, pharmacies etc! Excellent stadia, Mr. Roberto accompanied us on our arrival and he was super cordial and good people, he helped us in everything we need!
