Another fantastic stay! This was our third time staying here, and we felt right at home once again. The place is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The host's attention to detail and hospitality keep us coming back. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

Our location was perfect for exploring the area. We were close by state parks and the gulf. We were able to find good restaurants and experienced great food. Michelle responded quickly to our questions and made our stay very enjoyable.

This was our second stay at JoAyne and John’s place on the Rainbow River; a beautiful suite in a phenomenally beautiful spot, with gracious hosts. We plan to come back next year.

Elyssa’s home fit our needs perfectly. The couch was extremely comfortable and all the rooms were spacious and laid out well. We tend to go out towards tarpon springs and Dunedin so we were opposite the traffic!! That was a plus!

We booked The Lighthouse at the last minute on our way from Clearwater, FL. We wanted to explore the Suncoast Keys and this home and location was perfect for that. Most enjoyable was the Valentines decor and candy bowl, which showed me the host’s attention to detail. The layout of the home is very inviting and offers a full view of the water and property. The interior decor is beachfully and Florida driven. The matching color pallet is bright and cheery. Furniture, bedding is comfortable while the kitchen has everything any chef needs, down to the themed BBQ kitchen drawer! The property provided solitude, and was peaceful and safe. Direct access to the water was a quick walk down to the dock which we used a lot. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor accent lighting one evening. The Lighthouse has much to offer its guests; for us, the solitude and water was the best, well, and maybe the candy bowl too!

The house was very nice and we had a nice stay. Sadly we were in Ocala for my Mothers funeral however every time we returned to the AirBNB we felt like we were coming home instead of just an old hotel. The rooms were spacious and we felt comfortable. This host is great. I have two criticisms for you to look at and I never complained to our host and I’m still not but the floors were kind of dirty and dusty when we got there and I don’t think the hot water heater is on the right setting. It was hard to get hot water in the showers and also the kitchen sink is backwards as far as the cold and hot….thats totally it. The house is really nice and there wasn’t anything missing that we needed as far as kitchen, laundry, or bathroom necessities. Thank you!!!

Jennifer is a great host for an Airbnb. We encountered an issue with planned and when I asked Jennifer if we could check in early, she promptly checked the available and allowed us to check in early. Jennifer communicated quite often to us and she updated us to some recent repairs to the hot tub. I highly recommend Jennifer for all your Airbnb reservations. Also she has approximately 6 other locations to reserve. All with a different experience. Thank you Jennifer.
