The Hemlock Hideaway was such an awesome place. The scenery was amazing and the cabin was the so cozy. It was stocked with just about everything you could need. Loved all of the lighting, from the soft lights inside to the lights on the decks. We didn’t get many bite on the fly rods, but who could care in a place so gorgeous. Despite its rustic feel, the cabin was very clean! We will definitely be back when it’s warm enough to swim in the creek and when the fish are biting!

We stayed at Krystal’s place Valentine’s/President’s Day weekend. It immediately felt like home, and I loved the thoughtfulness that was clearly displayed with the swan towels and hearts left on the bed. Although there are cabins close by, we felt isolated because of the woods surrounding us (and last cabins on the road). If we visit Helen again, this will be the place we stay again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple days before i started my clinical rotations and it was great! Very peaceful and the perfect getaway. I loved the views and the hot tub.

We loved it! The cabin was really cute. Exactly as described. The hot tub was GREAT!! Stayed at a lot of places that advertised a hot tub but then it either doesn't work or doesn't get really hot. This hot tub was PERFECT! The ambiance, with the lights hung all around was very nice and the mini fridge right next to the hot tub was a great touch! The hosts were super helpful and friendly! Great communication. They anticipated every question I could possibly have had and sent me all the information I needed without even having to ask. I appreciate an Airbnb stay where I DON'T have to contact the hosts for anything -- just check in, enjoy my stay, and check out -- and that's exactly what I got with Cat and James. I would absolutely stay here again!

It’s a such a great cabin to stay at with beautiful views of a creek with a nice private atmosphere. It’s also not far from downtown Blue Ridge which has tons of great restaurants and shops. The cabin was just as described and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Highly recommend!

Place was perfect for one person. Not sure about two people. Might be a bit cramped. Everything inside was clean and well organized. Everything was modern and contemporary. The place was designed to optimize space and they did a good job of that. Really liked the big picture window and all the natural light.

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

This is an amazing place, loved the dog park. Perfect for us. Great amenities, cozy, clean and beautiful place to stay. Many things to do near by and great host!

The cabin was up a gravel road with a beautiful view of the mountains. Michael and Kristie were very concerned for our safety during the upcoming snow storm. The hot tub was a hit and our pups really enjoyed the snow and large property. Due to being snowed in, we did not get to see the sights but there was lots to do in the cabin. We will look for this place in the future!

The perfect mountain escape. I came here to get away from the world and get out in nature and it delivered plus some. The location is nearby so many good hiking trails where you can actually climb mountains- from Brasstown Bald to Blood mountain and many more- then come back to the cabin for more mountain views right outside. The cabin itself is cozy and warm with a lot of attention to detail and so many little touches that make you feel at home. Quiet, peaceful and exactly what I needed.

We had a wonderful weekend with the beautiful blue pond and hot tub. Great place to have a peaceful time with friends! We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Helen is about a 25 minute drive from the cabin which was perfect for us as we we were mainly here to hike and soak in the nature. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful cabin with lots of hikes around this is your spot! I accidentally drove up to the wrong cabin and will responded to my message immediately. Two things to note: 1. The three full sized beds are downstairs, only accessible by the door outside near the driveway, and almost separate from the main cabin. We came with the in laws so it was perfect for us. 2. The cabin is pretty dusty and there's quite a bit of cobwebs. Like someone else mentioned, I thought it was part of the cabins charm. But again something to note if you are not a fan of dust! All in all we are planning on rebooking next time we are in Helen and will recommend to friends and family. :)

We spent our anniversary at Mitch's cabin and it did not disappoint. It was comfy and private and was a great location to all we wanted to do. Plenty of waterfalls, hiking, and, small towns to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning again.

The cabin is so quaint and charming and rustic but so comfortable. We love how the cabin was decorated and was very comfortable and well equipped (esp the coffee options and the s’mores packs). The fire pit and wood was an added bonus. Such a great getaway that was only an hour from Roswell. An get away for one night !

This cabin was the perfect retreat! It was quiet, homey, + had everything I could have needed to assure the best stay. I especially loved my view of the mountains from the hot tub to make for an extra serene stay. Ryan was a great host + responded quickly if I ever had any questions, which made this experience even better. Looking forward to staying again!

we really enjoyed our stay at Cow-a-bungalow! I would consider this a glamping experience which is great for anyone who is starting to explore the outdoors more. It was such a a comfortable experience with A/C, electricity, hot water, and even a mini fridge. our favorite part was the fire pit outside with so much wood!

Peaceful. The location was stunning, the cabin was cozy, and the fact we could hike all around the property was amazing. There was no reason to leave this place. My kids enjoyed fishing on the pond and hiking the trails. Amazing experience!

We chose this location since we were in town for friends' wedding at a local vineyard and this was the perfect size and spot for us. Erick and Paula were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond, clear in their directions for check-in, and helpful in providing additional directions regarding local places. The cabin was cozy and homey, yet unique at the same time. We didn't use everything, but so appreciated the extra amenities, such as kitchen supplies/spices/non-perishables as well as toiletries and towels. We could tell how much thought and care Erick and Paula put into making this a comfortable stay for guests. We'd say the only thing that surprised us was the location. We're from the city/suburbs and we didn't anticipate just how dark the area would be after sunset, so just a heads up to anyone driving into the cabin late. Overall though, a wonderful stay and a cozy getaway!
