We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

We stayed at Thào's in the Thщo Điщn neighborhood in Sài Gòn from 18-11 to 18-12-2024. Chuyщn, the mother of our hostess, welcomed us warmly upon arrival. We spoke to each other via the app on iPhone. Chuyщn accompanied us to the fourth floor where apartment 403 is. She offered us the purchase of a 19-liter water bottle. Chuyщn invited us to ask him if we needed anything. She gave us the address of the Chay Garden vegetarian buffet twenty minutes walk away. We did our shopping at Tops Market at the Pearl Center within a 30-minute walk. The walks in the neighborhood and downtown embellished our pleasant stay. Suoi Tien Theme Park and Thщo Cщm Viên are a must. The ideal apartment was a source of well-being. Thào and Chuyщn were attentive to all our needs. Cleaning took place at our convenience. Writers, we highly recommend the apartment for artistic creation and discoveries. André & Patrick

There is air conditioning from the first floor to the fourth floor. It's good for playing in the living room and swimming pool on the first floor The kitchen dining table on the second floor is also big and nice. There are two refrigerators, so you can put in the items you bought separately instead of the supplies. I like the 3rd floor room. Connecting the bathroom Shared 2 rooms on the 4th floor and 1 toilet The beds are all big. I couldn't use the room because there was no air conditioning in one room, but it didn't matter that the number of people could only use 2 rooms anyway. And there's a market right around here, so it's good to buy fruit. There are many local food restaurants and the grocery store is right next door, so it's good to buy water or necessities.

There was no shortage of accommodations for a group of 11 people from 4 families, and the location was good enough to walk to all the places. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I want to visit again, and everyone in my group was satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my stay here for five days, and this is the best choice if you usually like to have a drink at the izakaya and go home and rest quickly afterwards. The housekeepers were friendly and polite, and the daily laundry service was excellent, I will consider coming back next time.

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.
