Stunning 3 bed 3 bath country cottage with hot tub

GraceRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay here over half term. Plenty of dog walks and hikes nearby - Hurcott Pool and Wood, which was just on the doorstep, was closed due to storm damage, but Wyre Forest, Kinver Edge and Clent Hills were all within a short drive. Back to the house to warm up in the hot tub and watch the sunset, or the stars. Daily visits to the garden centre down the road for fresh produce from the butchers and farm shop - we made good use of the Aga which did a beautiful roast pork! Plenty of space in the house itself, and our daughter enjoyed making use of the desk in the library to do some of her work. Becky and Rick were both friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Cottage with wood-fired hot tub, sleeps 6-8 people

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The cottage was located inside Boundless Outdoors so very secure and easy to find. Didn't see the host but I had a query and she replied within minutes. The cottage was clean, warm and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was lovely, we started heating it in the afternoon so it was ready for the evening because it takes a while to heat. It snowed whilst we were there so it made it even more magical ✨

Cutest place. Gorgeous hot tub… I’m glad we remembered to turn it on early, it took a while to get to temperature. Bed linen was clean. Kitchen and bathroom, spotless. Really cute old building. Oh the fire was lovely as well. Really comfortable, peaceful cottage and really private . Thank you

Our family of 12 stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time. A lovely, comfortable house and full of character. We enjoyed the house and will always have lovely memories of our stay and time with family. The hot tub, fireplace and cosy house really made it for us. Beds were all really comfortable. The house was warm and clean. The hosts were always really helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Hastings Retreat Parlour barn with private lake

LyndaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The house was lovely as was the hot tub.The only downside wasthe weather which was not Dawn's fault but we had hoped to do some fishing which from the pictures we though was close to the property but was a short drive away. Unfortunately due to rain we couldn't drive to the lake and walking was impossible because the field was like a quagmore. Would love to give this a try in the summer. Also being an optomist I ordered the barrow of wood for the fire pit so my grandson could melt some marshmallows over the fire but again paid for something was impossible to use because the wood was too wet and the firepit was filled with water!! Again no one can book the weather but Dawn had lovely touches with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar and chocolate all left for us and a cupboard full of condiments which I have never had previously in any self contained accomodation so extra brownie points for this. All in all 5*mall around. Well done Dawn would book again but in the Summer!!

Kenilworth cottage.....refurbished grade II listed

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An amazing place to stay- we booked last minute and David and Teresa were so lovely and accommodating and left us and our dog some wonderful treats. The cottage was of an excellent standard and perfectly placed right next to the castle. It had everything we needed, including extra touches such as dog blankets and towels for our boy. David and Teresa were extremely attentive to our needs. We didn’t explore much of the area as we were there for a short visit and the cottage was perfect to relax in. The Time for Tea cafe next door to the cottage was outstanding and The Queen and Castle pub a few doors down was excellent. Abbey Field was a great walk through to the town centre and you can also walk around the castle if you didn’t want to go in. All in all a perfect cottage and an ideal location. We will def be back to explore the area and stay here again.

This was our second stay at Sally’s place and it was just as good as the first. Sally is an excellent host (helpful, responsive, friendly) and the accommodation is really excellent and great value for money compared to other similar options. Beds are comfy, everything is both cosy and squeaky clean and there’s a lovely relaxing vibe about the place. Highly recommended

Adorable 2 bedroom countryside guesthouse

KarenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Delightful accommodations, little tricky to locate as the Google map wouldn’t load which wasn’t their fault but Bianka answered the phone straight away and talked us there which was excellent. We were greeted personally and shown round which was so nice. The cottage was lovely clean tidy and lovely comfy bed and the shower was brilliant. Altogether and excellent stay and only half an hour to the NEC

Bucket Lock Cottage

AnnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Absolutely delighted with our stay. Sandy and Paul were excellent hosts from letting us know directions to having the fire lit on our arrival. Paul even came back and made sure the fire was roaring on our return from our day out. Home is spotlessly clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. Thank you Sandy and Paul!

Polly Cottage

Stayed for 4 nights as working at the NEC which was perfect as only about a 10 minute drive in. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Very secluded and has more than everything you need cosy and very comfortable. I’d score it 11 out of 10 it’s that good. Roger was brilliant as a host extremely helpful and I’m definitely booking next year if available

Stonegaze Cottage, Period Home in Idyllic Village

TerriannRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Booked as a last minute night away and could not fault the property, immaculately clean, lovely added extras that added an extra homely touch. Very nice surroundings which was conveniently located to the neighbouring town with plenty of places to explore, we visited the nearby stoneleigh abbey which is a must do if you are visiting. Katherine was very informative prior to our arrival and when we arrived there was a guest book filled with recommendations of places to eat and visit, and even maps of local walks that you can enjoy. Needless to say it was a very nice stay and I highly recommend staying at this property.

Loft Cottage - Near to Stratford-on-Avon & Warwick

RosieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A really quirky, unusual home, with beautiful exposed beams and thoughtful decoration. It was impeccably clean and the hosts had thought of everything, including dishwasher tablets, a welcome bottle of wine and toiletries. It was perfect for our couple of days' stay, to visit Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding area.
