Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

Nanthida and Craig were amazing hosts, very friendly and responsive. Quick to answer any queries we had during our stay. The home itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The beach is just a short walk away from the property. Overall a very comfortable stay, would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very new and clean. Lots of space to chill and hangout. There’s a 7-11 within walkable distance and a noodles place was very local and yummy. Club house is very close by and not crowded

Very well located, had everything we needed for our short stay. There is a small kitchen , big living room and two bedrooms. The host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bar was not loud st all during our stay:)

A very nice, well-furnished apartment in a great location—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and main cafés. There’s a coffee shop, a bakery, and large supermarkets like Villa Market & Big C nearby. As for the apartment, its windows face the quiet side, offering a stunning view of the sea and Kamala Beach. Easy check-in and check-out, wonderful hosts—I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Kamala!

A great little private abode in the Bang Tao area. Sara was a lovely and accomodating host - and was very friendly and made us feel at home. The space is nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The area itself is a bit pricey (restaurants, etc.) but there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by for convenience sakes. Thank you for having us in your home ❤️

Stayed with my wife for a month, we really liked everything. The location is very convenient - there are many cool restaurants around, renting bikes, shops, coffee shops. There are 2 huge supermarkets at once, which has everything! This is Villa Market right at the house and Tops is also nearby. You can walk to the sea, but it's still a little far on foot - we only walked once, then only on a bike. The walls are quite thin - you can hear the neighbors. Here is how lucky you will be, where the guests will be. We had loud guys on both sides, but luckily no music or hangouts. But you can hear voices. There's someone like that. It's very cool that this is the closest bay from the airport - only 30 minutes. It is convenient, cheap and fast to get there. There is a lot of furniture, everything is very compact. A little cramped, but we knew what we were going for. It's very cool that there are 2 desks - my wife and I work, and we could do it in different rooms without disturbing each other. It is also convenient that they gave 2 keys to the house and the elevator. They don't do this everywhere, and it's very nice that the host thought about the guests.

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Been to Phuket many times and this is the first time we opted for AirBnb . Firstly Mel has been helpful and accommodative throughout the booking toll the check out . What you see in the photo is exactly the real unit . The condo overall is chiq , clean well maintained . Quiet environment and located at peaceful part of Phuket (Mai Khao) . However the swimming pools (7 pools in total) are not kids friendly due to existing condo house rules , so anyone with family should take note of that if you have kids with you . Highly recommend to get in and out the with a car/bike as nothing much can be found outside the premise . Getting in to Phuket old town / Central / Patong by car can easily take up to 1 hour per way if going at the wrong timing . Thank you for hosting us Mel and hope to come back again soon !

This place is just exactly what I wanted. Peaceful and beautiful. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old baby and Nata ensured that there was a baby cot complete with bed sheet, duvet and pillow so that our baby would be comfortable. There was also a baby high chair that made feeding times a breeze. The kitchen Isa very well equipped with utensils for cooking and crockery. The second room with bunk beds was good as at the bottom bed our nanny could sleep. The rooms are divided by the expansive living dining area so it ensured we had relative privacy too. Nata was very responsive and cleared all my queries even before i had booked the place. As the house is part of the condominium, there are basic toiletries provided - shampoo, shower gel, towels, toilet paper. It's better that you get the rest from home or pick up from nearby 7/11. As a young family, we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, kiddie and adult swimming pool, Massage and food on the premise. We cycled and went around the area

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.
