Definitely an excellent option, communication with the hosts was very good, everything explained very in detail and the house is perfect for some event nearby, they look at all the details, during the day you can park right outside but at night they give you the option to put in the car and they are quite accessible with the times!

Very nice, the internet, gas and light never failed, the neighbors very respectful and quiet allowing you to rest well. The kitchen has good equipment to even bake bread comfortably and the location near Chedraui is very convenient.

Everything was great. Just as a suggestion to leave a new scoop for the frets and a couple more rolls of toilet paper. The complex is excellent and tasteful. Comfy and clean beds. Julián attentive. Overall a very good stay.

Mariajose was kind, she allowed us to enter before the regular time. Her cleaning staff was not so friendly with us, even though they arrived right at the time mentioned. The house is very comfortable and quiet. We had a sunny day and the pool was warm because of the panels it has. My friends and pets were very happy, I certainly hope to return soon.

I was checking in was very easy and Edith was waiting for us to meet us, from the first contact she was very kind and was attentive to every message. She welcomed us with a tour of the property and everything was much nicer than the photos, it smelled clean, it was tidy, everything was neat and with a good atmosphere. In the kitchen there were all the necessary utensils to prepare food and the refrigerator worked without any problem. The rooms were impeccable, it was like being at home, I did not find the slightest carelessness in its toilet… the bathrooms, the same. Edith was an excellent host who welcomed us warmly and with great affection (including my pet). In my case we chose it for the amenities, which was pet friendly and because it was close to the garden where we had an event, although I recommend it to rest and spend time with the family. Congratulations on being a great host 👏

The house is large, has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the hour is something that is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool cleaning was done at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even gives you his back. lives there another lady who must be his wife she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the Lord is rude. that other points to the house. I hope you'll talk to him to change his attitude.

In general everything was fine, the reason I booked was because it said that the pool was heated, the reality is that the water is at room temperature. On the days we used the pool we had to pay an extra 500.00 for each day to turn on the boiler, I was traveling with two minors and for them the temperature was uncomfortable. The house is very spacious and well laid out.

Check in was super easy and entry time was very accessible. Héctor was very attentive at all times to clarify some questions that arose. I was answering everything super fast. The apartment is more than complete, it has tooooooodo!! we don't occupy anything extra to be able to enjoy the stay. The apartment is very spacious and everything is very clean - ready to use!! Spotless bathrooms and very clean kitchen! We were 5 adults and 1 baby. And we were very comfortable. The pool is amazing and even in the depa there are inflables to be able to use in the pool. Definitely a place we'd like to go back to. Thank you Hector!
